Արմինե Հովհաննիսյանն ու Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը միասին են արդեն 29-ը տարի։ Առաջին անգամ հանդիպել են Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյում հայ երիտասարդների համաժողովի ընթացքում։

Արմինե Հովհաննիսյանի նկարագրմամբ ՝ բոլորը պտտվում էին Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի շուրջը, իսկ նա արտաքինից չգիտեր, թե ով է այդ գեղեցկադեմ երիտաարդը ՝չնայած նրան, որ մինչ այդ շատ էր լսել Րաֆֆի մասին, քանի որ նա բոլորին հայտնի Ռիչարդ Հովհաննիսյանի որդին է։

Հանդիպումից հետո նրանց փոխանակած առաջին նախադասությունը հետեւյալն է եղել.
«Օ, երեկ դու շատ գեղեցիկ զուգագուլպաներ էիր հագել»,- ապագա կնոջ հետ առաջին հեռախոսազրույցում ասել է Րաֆֆին։
Իհարկե, այս արտահայտությունը զարմացրել է Արմինե Հովհաննիսյանին, հետո հիշել է, որ Վաշինգտոնում հայկական եկեղեցու պիկնիկում հագել է նորաձեւ կարճ զուգագուլպաներ, ինչն էլ նկատել է Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը։

Ջերմ հեռախոսազրույցին Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանն Արմինեին հրավիրել է հարեւան նահագն, որտեղ պետք է դասախոսություն կարդար Արեւմտյան Հայաստանի մասին։ Արմինեն ընդունել է հրավերն ու ընկերուհու հետ ներկա գտնվել դասախոսությանը։

Արմինե Հովհաննիսյանն ընդգծում է, որ իր կյանքի ամենակարեւոր երդումը Ֆրեզնոյի հայկական եկեղեցում է եղել, որտեղ խոսք է տվել միշտ լինել ամուսնու կողքին կյանքի լավ, թե վատ օրերին։
Արմինե Հովհաննիսյանը հանդիսանում է «Օրրան» բարեգործական կենտրոնի հիմնադիրը։

Սկսելով 16 երեխայից՝ «Օրրանն» այսօր աջակցում է ավելի քան 150 երեխաների և 50 տարեցների Երևան ու Վանաձոր քաղաքների իր կենտրոններում։ Մինչ օրս ավելի քան 5000 մարդ է օգտվել «Օրրան»-ի համալիր ծառայություններից, ինչը հնարավոր է դարձել բարերարների առատաձեռն աջակցության շնորհիվ։

Կազմակերպությունը օգնության ձեռք է մեկնել փողոցում հայտնված երեխաներին՝ ներառելով կրթական, մշակութային, հոգեբանական, բժշկական և սոցիալական ծառայությունների մեջ։
Պայքարել «երեխան՝ որպես ընտանիքում հիմնական հաց վաստակող» գաղափարի դեմ, օգնել «ճգնաժամի մեջ հայտնված» ընտանիքներին, աջակցել միայնակ և անօգնական ծերերին։

Արմինե Հովհաննիսյանը նշում է, որ իրեն ուժեղ չի համարում, այլ պարզապես շրջապատված է այնպիսի ընտանիքի անդամներով ու ընկերներով, որոնք աջակցում են իրեն։
«Գլխավոր դերակատարումն այստեղ Րաֆֆիինն է, ինքն է ինձ խրախուսում ու աջակցում»,- ասում է նա։
Բացի «Օրրան»-ից, Արմինե Հովհաննիսյանը տնօրինում է նաեւ «Պատանեկան նվաճումներ» կազմակերպությունը։

Իր հաջողության գաղտնիքն Արմինե Հովհաննիսյանը համարում է հավատքն ու աշխատասիրությունը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ընտանիքի հասցեին հնչող քննադատություններին, ապա Արմինե Հովհաննիսյանը նշում է, որ սիրում է կոնստրուկտիվ քննադատությունները։ «Յուրաքանչյուրս ունենք մեր սխալներն ու թույլ կողմերը, եթե քննադատությունն առողջ է, շատ լավ է։ Չարախոսությունն էլ կյանքի մաս է, պետք է ընդունել, ժպտալ եւ անցնել»։
