Եթե գազարը չկտրատեք կամ քերիչով անցկացնեք, այլ ամբողջապես դնեք ապուրի մեջ, ապա դրա օգտակար հատկանիշները ավելի շատ կլինեն։ Պարզապես պետք է նախապես խոզանակով լավ լվանալ այն։

Թեյ

Կան մարդիկ, ովքեր թեյի մեջ կաթ են ավելացնում, սակայն պետք է իմանալ, որ կաթը չեզոքացնում է թեյի բոլոր կարեւոր հատկանիշները, ի դեպ, շաքարը՝ նույնպես։ Սխտոր Սխտորը պետք է ուտեսնտերի մեջ դնել դրանք մատուցելուց անմիջապես առաջ։ Եթե սխտորը կտրատելուց 10 րոպե եւ ավելի հետո եք ուտում, այն կորցնում է իր օգտակար հատկություններից շատերը։

Պետք է խուսափել խակ, դեռեւս նորմալ չհասած խնձորից ու տանձից, դրանք ավելի շատ վնասակար հատկություններ ունեն, քան օգտակար։

Բրոկոլին օգտակար է միայն հում կամ թեթեւ շոգեխաշած վիճակում։ Թեեւ պետք է խոստովանել, որ այդպես այն ավելի անհամ է։
