«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
ԱԺ կայքում երեկ հայտնվեց Արարատ Միրզոյանի կարգադրությունը, համաձայն որի՝ «աշխատանքային այցով 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 19-26-ը Սյունիքի մարզ» է գործուղել պատգամավոր Արմեն Խաչատրյանին։ Ըստ նույն փաստաթղթի, Միրզոյանն աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-գլխավոր քարտուղար Տիգրան Գալստյանին կարգադրել է գործուղման հետ կապված ճանապարհածախսի վճարումը կատարել ՀՀ 2020 թ․ պետական բյուջեով։
Բանն այն է, որ Սերժի ժամանակ ՃՈ պետի տեղակալ, ներկայումս իմքայլական պատգամավոր Արմեն Խաչատրյանը սյունեցի է, ծնվել է Գորիս քաղաքում, որտեղ եւ գտնվում է նրա հայրական տունը․ նա պատգամավոր է ընտրվել Սյունիքի մարզից։ Թվում էր, թե պատերազմի ընթացքում եւ առավել եւս դրանից հետո նա ամեն րոպե պետք է գտնվեր իր ծննդավայրում, իրեն մանդատ տված մարդկանց կողքին, ովքեր հայտնվել են ոսոխի երախում եւ ստիպված են մետր առ մետր զիջել թշնամուն, բայց պատգամավորը բավական չէ իր ընտրատարածքում չէ, մի բան էլ «աշխատանքային այցով» է մեկնում Սյունիք, որ պետական սուղ բյուջեից նաեւ գործուղման փող ստանա։
