«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

2020 թվականը ծանր տարի էր աշխարհի եւ ամենից շատ Հայաստանի համար: Եթե այլ երկրներ փորձում էին հաղթահարել կորոնավիրուսային համավարակը միայն, ապա Հայաստանի ու Արցախի դուռը թակեց նաեւ դաժան պատերազմը: Աշխարհը փոթորկած կորոնավիրուսը ստիպեց շատ երկրներին մուտք ու ելքի, ներսում շրջելու սահմանափակումներ կիրառել՝ փորձելով քչացնել վարակի տարածումը:

Հայաստանն այդ առումով բացառություն չէր: Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսային առաջին վարակի դեպքի մասին հայտնի դարձավ մարտի 1-ին: Դրանից հետո վեց ամիս շարունակ Հայաստանում հայտարարվեց արտակարգ դրություն, ապա եւս վեց ամիս կարանտին հայտարարվեց, որն էապես չէր տարբերվում նախորդից: Արդեն սեպտեմբերի 27-ից բոլորը, մոռանալով կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի եւ դրա հետեւանքների մասին, լծվեցին հայրենիքի պաշտպանության գործին:

44-օրյա պատերազմն ավելի ծանր հետեւանքներ թողեց Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի համար: Նոյեմբերի 21-ի հավելվածում առաջին անգամ պաշտոնապես ներկայացվել է ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ անցած Արցախի Հանրապետության բնակավայրերի ցանկը։

Ըստ այդ ցանկի՝ ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ անցած համայնքների թիվը 121 է, որոնցից 52-ը Քաշաթաղի շրջանում են, 29-ը՝ Հադրութի շրջանում, 16-ը՝ Շահումյանի (Քարվաճառի) շրջանում, 8-ական՝ Մարտակերտի եւ Ասկերանի շրջանում, 6-ը՝ Մարտունու շրջանում, եւ 2-ը՝ Շուշիի շրջանում։ Այս ցանկը հնարավորություն է տալիս հասկանալ, թե Արցախի որ բնակավայրերն են անցել ադրբեջանական կողմին եւ որոնք են մնացել հայկական վերահսկողության տակ։
Այս պատերազմի ժամանակ ադրբեջանական զինուժը գրավել է Մարտակերտի շրջանի հյուսիսարեւելյան հատվածում գտնվող երկու գյուղ՝ Թալիշը եւ Մատաղիսը։ Հադրութի շրջանում բնակվում էր մոտ 12,000 մարդ, բոլոր համայնքները անցել են ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ՝ բացառությամբ երկուսի՝ Խծաբերդի եւ Հին Թաղերի: Շուշիի շրջանում ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ է մնում Շուշի քաղաքը եւ Քարին տակ գյուղը։ Ասկերանի շրջանի հարավում՝ Շուշիի եւ Մարտունու շրջանների միջեւ ընկած հատվածում, Ադրբեջանին են անցել Ավետարանոց, Ակնաղբյուր, Ջրաղացներ, Մադաթաշեն, Սղնախ եւ Մոշխմհատ համայնքները։ Իսկ Մարտունու շրջանի հարավային մասում՝ Հադրութի շրջանի հարեւանությամբ, հինգ գյուղ է անցել Ադրբեջանին՝ Ջիվանի, Շեխեր, Զարդանաշեն, Սարգսաշեն եւ Թաղավարդ։ 2021 թվականը պետք է լինի 2020 թվականի հետեւանքների վերացման տարի: Պետք է Հայաստանը, քաղաքական ուժերը, բնակչությունը համատեղ ուժերով կարողանան դուրս գալ իրավիճակից եւ երկիրը կրկին չտանեն ցնցումների: Օր առաջ երկրում հանգիստ իրավիճակը, լարվածության վերացումը կարող է բերել դրական փոփոխությունների, որի կարիքը կա այս տարվա իրադարձություններից հետո:
