«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ նախօրեին Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ: Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ քննարկել է բանակաշինության, անվտանգության ու Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ կապված հարցեր:
Մեր աղբյուրները նաեւ փոխանցում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան-Վիտալի Բալասանյան հանդիպմանը քննարկվել է նաեւ Հայաստանում եւ Արցախում ստեղծված քաղաքական իրավիճակը, դրանից դուրս գալու հնարավոր ելքերը: Մենք արդեն երկու օր է՝ փորձում ենք այս տեղեկությունը ճշտել երկու կողմերից էլ:

ՀՀ վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Մանե Գեւորգյանը երկու օր է՝ մեր հեռախոսազանգերը թողնում է անպատասխան: Իսկ, ահա, Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը մեր հարցին պատասխանեց ընդամենը մեկ նախադասությամբ՝ հերքելով, որ հանդիպում է ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետի հետ:

«Չեմ հանդիպել», – ասաց նա՝ հրաժարվելով այլ հարցերի պատասխանել: Հիշեցնենք՝ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին ստորագրված հրամանագրի համաձայն է Վիտալի Բալասանյանը նշանակվել Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար:

Հիշեցնենք՝ Վիտալի Բալասանյանը Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարն էր 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերից մինչեւ այս տարվա հունիս։ Արցախում նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար նշանակվեց Սամվել Բաբայանը, ով այդ պաշտոնից ազատվեց նոյեմբերի 16-ին՝ սեփական դիմումի համաձայն։
