Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, մեր հայրենիքն ու ազգն այս պատմական օրերին կանգնած են գոյատևման վտանգի առաջ` գոյատևման՝ իբրև պետություն, իբրև ազգ, իբրև հայ։ Կրճատված են ինչպես Արցախի, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի սահմանները, կործանված են հազարավոր ճակատագրեր։ Որբացած են նույնքան ընտանիքներ։ Պետության առջև ծառացած խնդիրներն այլևս մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրինն են։ Այս խնդիրներն արդեն թակել են շատերիս դռները, մյուսներինը դեռ թակելու են։ Սարսափելի պատերազմի ու այս ողբերգական կորուստների հետևանքները որևէ մեկին, ցավոք, չեն շրջանցելու` ֆիզիկապես, բարոյապես, հոգեպես, նյութապես և ոչ միայն։
 
Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, դեռևս 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 7-ին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ Մոսկվայում կայացած իմ հանդիպման ժամանակ, խորին մտահոգությունս եմ հայտնել, թե ինչ անդառնալի հետևանքների կբերի հայության մեջ սև-սպիտակի, հնի ու նորի բաժանարար գծեր անցկացնելը։ Այսօր էլ ապաշնորհ իշխանությունը շարունակում է պառակտել մեր ժողովրդին։ Այլևս թույլ չենք տա մեր ազգի մեջ որևիցե բաժանարար գիծ անցկացնել։ Միասնությունն է, որ միշտ փրկել և հզորացրել է հայ ժողովրդին, և միայն այս դավաճանական իշխանությունների օր առաջ հեռացումը թույլ կտա միասին վերականգնել մեր ազգային արժանապատվությունը, կերտել հզոր Հայաստան և ազգային պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակ։
 
Իսկ այս օրերին ինչո՞վ են զբաղված մեր իշխանությունները: Նրանք լուծում են իրենց անձնական խնդիրները՝ կառչած աթոռներից, և որևիցե գործողություն չեն անում գերիների տվյալները վերջնականապես հստակեցնելու և նրանց արժանապատիվ կերպով վերադարձի համար։
 
Ունենք զինվորական և քաղաքացիական անձինք, ովքեր մինչև հիմա շրջափակման մեջ են։
 
Անհետ կորածների հարցով այդպե՛ս էլ գործնական քայլեր չեն արվում ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից:
 
Անկարողություն կամ անգործություն է դրսևորվում նաև ԴՆԹ թեստերի միջոցով դիերի ճանաչման հարցում:
 
Ստացվում է՝ իրականությունից կտրված Փաշինյանն իր թիմով անզոր է այս խնդիրները լուծելու. նրանք դրա համար շուրջ 1,5 ամիս ժամանակ ունեին։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում չկա մի պաշտոնյա, ում կոնկրետ հանձնարարված է զբաղվել վիրավոր ու անհետ կորած զինվորների հարցերով, գերիների վերադարձով։ Չկա այս խնդիրների ուղիղ պատասխանատուն, ում կարող են դիմել զինծառայողների հարազատները։
 
Վերոնշյալը հաշվի առնելով և վերջնական աղետից խուսափելու զգոնությամբ` դիմում եմ հայ ժողովրդին և իմ համախոհներին, այսօր՝ ժամը 17։30-ին, իրականացնել համախմբված բողոքի ակցիաներ։
 
Հորդորում եմ՝ Փաշինյանին հեռացնելու գործում ընտրել նրա իսկ ձեռագիրը՝ փակելով գլխավոր փողոցները, կաթվածահար անել երթևեկությունը և պահանջել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը:
 
Ժողովո՛ւրդ ջան, Նիկոլն այլևս չունի իշխանություն, ֆիքսե՛ք, այս պահից ի վեր իշխանությունը պատկանում է մեզ՝ բոլորիս։ Մեկ մարդու նման ոտքի՛ կանգնենք՝ բեկում մտցնենք մեր երկրի արտաքին ու ներքին քաղաքականության մեջ, վե՛րջ տանք տոտալ անիշխանությանը։ Թույլ չտանք` թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը, Փաշինյանի ձեռամբ, վերջնականապես լուծի իր համար պատմականորեն կնճռոտ դարձած հայկական հարցը՝ հօգուտ իրեն։
