UCOM-ի գլխավոր տնօրենն ամփոփել է տարին

Այսօր տեղի ունեցած ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Արա Խաչատրյանն ամփոփել է 2020 թվականը՝ նշելով, որ այն բարդ էր թե՛ համաշխարհային, և թե՛ հայաստանյան տնտեսվարողների համար։ Որպես ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող տնտեսական կառույց Ucom-ը նախ պետք է ադապտացվեր COVID-19-ով պայմանավորված իրավիճակին, ինչը պատվով կատարել է։ Ի դեպ, մի շարք վաճառքի և սպասարկման կենտրոններ (Աշտարակ, Ալավերդի) հակահամաճարակային կանոնների պահպանման համար ստացել են «Պատասխանատու տնտեսվարող» որակումը։ Ապրիլին հաջորդել է ընկերության ներսում առաջացած ճգնաժամանային իրավիճակը, որը հաղթահարվել է աշխատակիցների, բաժանորդների և գործընկերների ջանքերով ու աջակցությամբ։ Պատերազմն, անշուշտ, առավել ուժգին հարվածն է հասցրել բոլոր տնտեսվարողներին։
«Ucom-ը, ինչպես ցանկացած ընտանիք, ունեցել է իր կորուստները, որոնցից ամենացավալին՝ բանիմաց, արհեստավարժ, երիտասարդ մասնագետների կորուստն է», - նշել է Արա Խաչատրյանը։
Այնուամենայնիվ, գիտակցելով օրվա հրամայականը, ընկերությունը կենտրոնացել է կրթական նախագծերի վրա։ «Սեյվ դը չիլդրեն», «ՍՕՍ մանկական գյուղեր» հայկական բարեգործական հիմնադրամ, «Հույսի կամուրջ» հասարակական կազմակերպության, «Դասավանդի՛ր, Հայաստան» կրթական հիմնադրամի բազմաթիվ նախագծերի շրջանակներում Ucom-ը տրամադրել է կապի ծառայություններ, գաջեթներ։ Բացի այդ գործակցել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության հետ՝ ընկերության բոլոր բաժանորդներին տրամադրելով տասնյակ կրթական ռեսուրսների անվճար հասանելիություն։
Ucom-ը ջանացել է աջակցել նաև Հայաստանի մի շարք փոքր ու միջին տնտեսվարողներին՝ իր բաժանորդներին պատմելով նրանց մասին։ Նախագիծն անվանվել է #թևութիկունք։ Այդ նախագիծն իրականացնելու համար ներդրվել է ընկերության մարքեթինգային, ֆինանսական ու մարդկային ներուժի մի մասը։
Ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենը խոսել է նաև 2021 թվականին պլանավորվող աշխատանքների մասին։ 2021-ին նախատեսված է ամբողջությամբ արդիականացնել շարժական ցանցը, որպեսզի հետագա տարիներին ընկերությունը պատրաստ լինի 5-րդ սերնդի ցանցի լիարժեք գործարկմանը։ Արդեն իսկ հունվարին ֆիքսված կապի բաժանորդներն էական փոփոխություն կտեսնեն տրամադրվող ծառայությունների որակի ու կայունության մեջ։ Նորացված թիմով ընկերությունը պատրաստվում է հանդես գալ նաև մրցակցային կոմերցիոն առաջարկներով։
Ճեպազրույցի ավարտին Արա Խաչատրյանը հիշեցրել է, որ այս պահին գործում են առաջարկներ թե՛ շարժական, և թե՛ ֆիքսված կապի բաժանորդների համար, ինչպես նաև գործում է առցանց ապառիկի հնարավորությունը Ucom-ի ինտերնետ խանութում։
