Երևանի բոլոր 12 վարչական շրջաններում որպես թաքստոց և ապաստարան կարող են ծառայել բազմաբնակարան շենքերի նկուղները, ավտոկայանատեղիները:

Այս մասին Երևանի ավագանու նիստում ասաց փոխքաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նկուղները որպես ապաստարան օգտագործելու հարցին:

 

«Երևանում ունենք 4622 բազմաբնակարան շենք, սակայն ոչ բոլորում կա նկուղ: Մայրաքաղաքում կան և թաքստոցներ, և ապաստարաններ: Հիմնականում բազմաբնակարան շենքերում թաքստոցներ են դառնում նկուղները: Աշխատանքները հեշտ է կազմակերպել Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում, որտեղ որպես թաքստոց կծառայեն ավտոկայանատեղիները, բազմահարկ շենքերի նկուղները: Պատերազմի ընթացքում այս առումով տարբեր խնդիրներ ի հայտ եկան»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը:

Քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանն էլ խոսելով նույն հարցի շուրջ` նշեց, որ Երևանի բազմաբնակարան շենքերի նկուղներում հավաքված աղբը, վիճակը, խնդիրները 1-2 օրում հնարավոր չէ լուծել:

«Իրականում դա հենց բնակիչների սուրբ գործն է նաև դատարկ պահել այդ նկուղները, որոնք իրենք զավթել են, փակել են: Անձամբ ես եմ գնացել, ասել, որ բաց պետք է պահեք նկուղները, բացել եմ, հետո մի քանի օրից նորից փակում են, ասում են՝ մեր ապրանքը կգողանան: Նրանց ասել եմ, եթե մի բան սկսի, այդ ապրանքն է կարևոր, թե բնակիչների կյանքը: Ես հիմա կարող եմ ասել, որ անհավանական է, որ մեկ տարում այդ նկուղները բոլորը դատարկենք: Դրա ՕԳԳ-ն կարելի է մեծացնել, եթե բնակիչները իրենք իրենց նկուղները դատարկեն և տրամադրեն շենքին: Մենք չունենք լծակ, որ ստիպողաբար դատարկենք նկուղները»,- ասաց քաղաքապետը:
