Եթե մարդը նույնիսկ շատ տաք հագուստով է սառչում, անհրաժե՞շտ է արդյոք դիմել բժշկի: Այս հարցին «Радио Sputnik»-ին տված հարցազրույցի ժամանակ պատասխանել է թերապևտ Ֆիլիպ Կուզմենկոն:

Ցրտի նկատմամբ գերզգայունությունը հազվադեպ երևույթ չէ: Որպես կանոն, խոսքն ինչ-որ հիվանդության մասին չէ, բացառությամբ՝ վահանաձև գեղձի խնդիրների: Թերապևտը նշել է, որ այդ դեպքում, նույնիսկ տաք միջավայրում մարդն իսկապես կարող է մրսել: Սակայն այդ հիվանդության դեպքում նա այլ մտահոգություններ կունենա:

- Վահանաձև գեղձի խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդուն առաջին հերթին այլ հարցեր կմտահոգեն: Եթե խոսքը վահանաձև գեղձի հիպոֆունկցիայի մասին է, ապա դրան հատուկ են բազմաթիվ ախտանշաններ, ինչպիսիք են՝ թուլությունն ու քնկոտությունը: Նման ախտանշանների առկայության դեպքում, խորհուրդ է տրվում դիմել բժշկի... Եթե կա հիվանդություն, ապա մենք բուժում ենք վահանաձև գեղձը, ո՛չ մրսկանությունը,- պարզաբանել է թերապևտը:

Եթե վահանաձև գեղձի հետ կապված խնդիրները բացահայտող թեստի արդյունքը բացասական է, ապա ցրտի նկատմամբ գերզգայունությունը կապված չէ հիվանդության հետ:

- Դա հիվանդություն չէ, դա օրգանիզմի առանձնահատկություն է... Միակ բանն այն է, որ եթե դա նրան շատ է զայրացնում, ապա մարդը կարող է կոփվել: Դա 100%-անոց ազդեցություն չի գործում և ժամանակավոր է, բայց քանի դեռ դուք կոփվում եք, ցուրտ ջերմաստիճանն ավելի թեթև կտանեք: Երբ դադարեցնեք, ապա ազդեցությունը կվերանա: Տաքացումից և տաք ըմպելիքներից բացի, այլ միջոցներ չկան: Դա հնարավոր չէ շտկել պատրաստուկներով և բժշկական սարքավորումներով,- ասել է Կուզմենկոն:
