Վրաստանի վարչապետի թեկնածու Գիորգի Գախարիան հայտարարել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում վերջին իրադարձությունների արդյունքում տարածաշրջանում խաղացողների թիվն աճել է, և ստեղծված իրավիճակում երկրի շահերից է բխում տարածաշրջանում ամրապնդել իր ռազմավարական գործընկերների ներկայությունը: Այս մասին գրում է Грузия онлайн պորտալը:
«Անհրաժեշտ է շատ զգույշ լինել այսօր տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին խոսելիս և այն գնահատելիս, քանի որ, ցավոք, տեղի ունեցածի վերջնական արդյունքները ոչ մեկի համար պարզ չեն: Ժամանակ է հարկավոր, որպեսզի մենք տեսնենք այդ փոփոխությունների ուրվագծերը, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են, որպեսզի Վրաստանը դիրքավորվի այդ փոփոխությունների ֆոնին: Այնուամենայնիվ, միանշանակ պարզ է, որ տարածաշրջանում Վրաստանի անվտանգության և շահերի ամրապնդման տեսանկյունից մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք տարածաշրջանում մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերների ներկայությունն ամրապնդելու համար: Վերջին զարգացման արդյունքն այն է, որ տարածաշրջանում խաղացողների թիվն աճել է: Այսօր մեզ համար ամենահստակ և հաջորդ տրամաբանական քայլը պետք է լինի մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերների ներկայությունը տարածաշրջանում առավելագույնի հասցնելը»,-ասել է Գախարիան:
Նրա խոսքերով՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրադարձությունների զարգացման հետ կապված Վրաստանը «կարողացել է չեզոքություն պահպանել, ինչը թույլ է տվել բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ պահպանել հարևանների հետ»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել, ստորագրվել է հայտարարություն, որով Ադրբեջանին են անցնում Արցախի յոթ շրջանները, Շուշին ու Հադրութը` բացառությամբ մի գյուղի, գյուղեր Ասկերանի ու Մարտունու շրջանից, ինչպես նաև Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ և Մատաղիս գյուղերը։
