Գլխավոր դատախազություն, Քննչական կոմիտե, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն, Պաշտպանության նախարարություն։

Հանրության համար անհասկանալի պատճառներով, Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի մի մեծ հատված անցել է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ։

Դրա պատճառը ոչ պատերազմական գործողություններն էին՝ հայկական զորքերի նահանջի տեսքով, ոչ էլ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը։

Սյունիքի մարզի մի հատվածը սահմանակից է, այսպես կոչված, նախկին Ղուբաթլուի և Զանգելանի շրջաններին, որոնք հրադադարի համատեղ հայտարարությամբ նախատեսված չէր հանձնել Ադրբեջանին։

Նոյեմբերի 9-ի դրությամբ, երբ կողմերի սահմանն ամրագրվում էր ըստ այդ պահի դրությամբ դիրքավորման, նախկին Զանգելանի և Ղուբաթլուի մի մասը շարունակվում էր մնալ մեր վերահսկողության տակ, դեռևս անհասկանալի պատճառներով հանձնվել է Ադրբեջանին։

Հանրության շրջանում կասկածներ կան, որ դրանք հանձնվել են կամ գաղտնի համաձայնությամբ կամ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունը ունեցել է գաղտնի հավելված, որի մասին հանրությանը չի տեղեկացվել է։

Ի դեպ, նմանատիպ պատճառով, նույն պայմաններում, անհիմն ձևով, Ադրբեջանին է հանձնվել նաև Արցախի Հանրապետության Հադրութի շրջանի Խծաբերդ և Հին Թաղեր գյուղերը, հարավային ուղղության ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող Դիզափայտ լեռը։

Դիմում եմ ԱԱԾ-ին, Գլխավոր դատախազությանը, Քննչական կոմիտեին, Պաշտպանության նսխարարին՝ նույնությամբ Արցախի համապատասխան կառույցներին՝ պարզելու, թե ի՞նչ հանգամանքներում, ինչպե՞ս և ո՞վ է այս տարածքները հանձնել Ադրբեջանին։
