Սպառողներին վաճառվող էլեկտրական էներգիայի սակագինը կբարձրանա. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն»

«2021 թ. փետրվարի 1-ից սկսվող սակագնային տարվա համար էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգում սպառողների համար սահմանված գործող սակագների պարագայում առաջանում է ֆինանսական ճեղքվածք։ Ուստի, անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել վերանայել սպառողներին վաճառվող էլեկտրական էներգիայի սակագները: Էներգետիկ անվտանգության ինստիտուտի ղեկավար, էներգետիկ անվտանգության փորձագետ, քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր Վահե Դավթյանը դեռ դեկտեմբերի 18-ից օրեր առաջ էր գրառում արել՝ համոզմունքով կանխատեսելով, որ էլէներգիան կթանկանա:
«Ինչի՞ հիմամբ էր Ձեր համոզմունքը՝ զուտ քաղաքակա՞ն, տնտեսակա՞ն, թե՞ էներգահամակարգում վարկային ահռելի բեռի գործոնով պայմանավորված».- «ՀՀ»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան փորձագետը նշեց. «Մի քանի գործոն կառանձնացնեմ: Առաջինն այն է, որ երկրի էներգետիկ համակարգում կուտակվել է հսկայական վարկային բեռ: Մենք տարիներ շարունակ և առ այսօր շարունակում ենք միլիոնավոր դոլարներ ներգրավել երկրի էներգետիկ համակարգի արդիականացման և նոր ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծեր իրականացնելու համար:
Ունենալով ներսում սպառման բավականին համեստ դինամիկա, միաժամանակ ըստ էության ձախողելով արտահանման ռազմավարությունը, չենք կարողանում ապահովել Հայաստանի էներգահամակարգի բարձր ՕԳԳ-ն: Մեր էներգահամակարգը ավելցուկային է իր հզորություններով և խարսխված է կայուն արտահանման սկզբունքի վրա: Այլ կերպ՝ ինչքան ավելի շատ ենք արտահանում էլէներգիա, այնքան ավելի մեծ է հնարավորությունը երկրի ներսում արդյունավետ էներգետիկ քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու և, ի վերջո, ցածր սոցիալակենտրոն սակագներ ապահովելու համար: Բայց ինչ ենք տեսնում. կորցրել ենք Վրաստանի էլեկտրաէներգետիկ շուկան, և գրեթե էլէներգիա չենք արտահանում այդ ուղղությամբ: Որոշակի խնդիրներ են ձևավորվում նաև, արդեն պայմանավորված աշխարհաքաղաքական վերադասավորումներով, իրանական ուղղությամբ, որտեղ ակտիվացել են Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքմենստանը: Այլ գործոններ էլ կան՝ գումարած կառավարմն գործոնը… Եվ երբ դրանք ի մի ենք բերում, տեսնում ենք, որ էլէներգիայի թանկացումը առավել քան սպասելի էր»»,-գրում է թերթը:
