Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանն ապաստարանների մասին հիշեց պատերազմից երեք ամիս անց միայն. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.
«Արցախում պատերազմի մեկնարկից միայն երեք ամիս անց Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը որոշեց քննարկել ապաստարաններ եւ թաքստոցներ հիմնելու հարցը:
Երեկ Երեւանի ավագանու հերթական նիստում այդ հարցի մասին խոսեց փոխքաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը: Նա մասնավորապես հայտնեց, որ 12 վարչական շրջաններում պետք է ապաստարաններ եւ թաքստոցներ հիմնվեն, սակայն, նրա խոսքով, այդ աշխատանքները հեշտ է կազմակերպել Կենտրոնում, որտեղ որպես ապաստարան կծառայեն ավտոկայանատեղիներ, բազմահարկ շենքերի նկուղները:
Նկատենք՝ Արցախում պատերազմի օրերին Հայաստանի կառավարությունն օդային տագնապի դեպքում խորհուրդ էր տալիս թաքնվել ռազմաապաստարաններում, թաքստոցներում, շենքերի նկուղներում:
Սակայն «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դեռ հոկտեմբերի 8-ին էր հետաքննություն իրականացրել եւ պարզել, որ Երեւանի բոլոր վարչական շենքերի բազմաբնակարան շենքերում կա՛մ նկուղներ չկան, որպես այդպիսին, կա՛մ էլ եթե կան, ապա գտնվում են շատ վատ վիճակում. նկուղները լցված են կոյուղաջրերով, գարշահոտությամբ, առնետներով, աղբով:
Բայց, չնայած սրան, քաղաքապետարանը՝ քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանի գլխավորությամբ, հորդորում էր բնակիչներին ապաստանել իրենց շենքերի թաքստոցներում, նկուղներում: Անգամ այդ օրերին որոշ շենքերի մուտքերում փակցված կարող էինք տեսնել պաստառներ, որտեղ նշված է, թե օդային տագնապի պարագայում որտեղ պետք է թաքնվել: Ինչպես ասում են, ուղեցույցը կա, բայց նկուղները՝ ոչ:
Ընդ որում, նկուղների այս ցավոտ հարցն ակտուալ դարձավ նաեւ 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ: Այս մասին խոսվեց նաեւ 2018 թվականին, երբ Հայաստանում անցկացվում էին «Շանթ-2018» զորավարժությունները, անգամ խնդիր դրվեց մաքրել շենքերի նկուղները: Բայց այդ օրից անցել է արդեն երկու տարի, ու այդպես էլ ոչինչ չի արվել:
Եվ, չնայած դրան, երեկ Երեւանի փոխքաղաքապետ Հրաչա Սարգսյանը թվեր ներկայացրեց, քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանն էլ հայտարարեց, թե շատ մեծ աշխատանքներ են կատարել, որոնց մասին մի օր կբարձրաձայնեն: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է՝ նոր նկուղների մասով արված աշխատանքը քաղաքապետը հույժ գաղտնի տվյալ է համարում՝ առայժմ թաքցնելով հանրությունից դրանց մասին տեղեկությունը»:
