«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Ազգային անվտանգության աշխատողի օրվա առթիվ ծառայողական պարտականությունները «գերազանց եւ բարձր պատասխանատվությամբ» կատարելու համար Արարատ Միրզոյանը ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի հուշանվերով է պարգեւատրել ԱԱԾ ՊՊԾ մի խումբ աշխատակիցների, այդ թվում՝ իր թիկնապահներին, ովքեր չկարողացան նրան փրկել ամբոխի զայրույթից, եւ նա նոյեմբերի 9-ի գիշերը հիվանդանոց ընկավ։ Իսկ թիկնապահները կարող էին գոնե օդ կրակել։ ՊՊԾ պետն առհասարակ աշխատավայրում չի եղել, եւ օգնության կոչերին չեն արձագանքել։

Միրզոյանի թիմից ասացին, որ թիկնապահներն իրենց վնասելու գնով ամեն ինչ արել են՝ փրկելու նրա կյանքը։ Սակայն աբսուրդ է, երբ անգամ ՊՊԾ պետ Սարգիս Հովհաննիսյանն է պարգեւատրվում, մինչդեռ այդ օրվա հետ կապված ծառայողական քննություն է ընթանում։ ԱԺ աշխատակազմից չմեկնաբանեցին պարգեւատրման փաստը։
