Հայաստանի բուհերի լավագույն ուսանողները կստանան Մոսկվայի քաղաքապետի կրթաթոշակ

Երևանում «Դոմ Մոսկվի» մոսկովյան մշակութագործարարական կենտրոնում (ՄՄԳԿ) անցկացված հոգաբարձուների նիստում հաստատվել է 15 ուսանողների տրամադրել կրթաթոշակներ։ Յուրաքանչյուր բուհ ներկայացնում է իր ուսանողների թեկնածությունները, որոնք վերջնական հաստատվում են հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստում։
Կրթաթոշակի են արժանանում այն ուսանողները, որոնք կրթություն են ստանում ռուսաց լեզվով, ցուցաբերում են գերազանց առաջադիմություն և ակտիվ մասնակցում են հասարակական կյանքին: Հաշվի է առնվում նաև ուսանողի սոցիալական վիճակը։
Նախագծի իրականացման համար միջոցներ է հատկացրել Մոսկվայի կառավարությունը։ Ծրագիրը իրականացվում է Մոսկվա քաղաքի արտաքին տնտեսական և միջազգային կապերի դեպարտամենտի և «Միջազգային համագործակցության մոսկովյան կենտրոն» պետական ունիտար ձեռնարկության նախաձեռնության աջակցությամբ։ Կրթաթոշակները տրամադրվում են 2007 թվականից։
«Մոսկվայի կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող նման նախագծերը կարևոր են մոտիվացնելու համար սովորել ռուսերեն և ռուս գրականություն։ Ռուսերենի միջոցով ենք ճանաչում ռուս մշակույթն ու գրականությունը, այն միջմշակութային երկխոսության լեզուն է, որը օգնում է ամրապնդել բարեկամական կապերը։ Սա նաև կարևոր քայլ է ուսանողներին ոգևորելու համար, որ ավելի լավ սովորեն»,- նշեց Երևանում «Դոմ Մոսկվի» կենտրոնի գլխավոր տնօրեն Վահրամ Կարապետյանը։
Ամեն տարի կրթաթոշակներ են շնորհվում Հայ-ռուսական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանի, Երևանի պետական, Խ.Աբովյանի անվան պետական մանկավարժական, Երեւանի Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան պետական լեզվաբանական համալսարանների, Վանաձորի և Գյումրիի պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանների ուսանողներին։
Տարին երկու անգամ՝ գարնանային և աշնանային կիսամյակից հետո ուսանողները ներկայացվում են կրթաթոշակին։ Ուսանողները կրթաթոշակի հետ միասին հանդիսավոր պարգևատրվում են դիպլոմներով և «Մոսկվայի քաղաքապետի կրթաթոշակառու» խորհրդանշական կրծքանշաններով:
Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է հետխորհրդային երկրներում ինտելեկտուալ ներուժը պահպանելու և զարգացնելու համար, ինչպես նաև օգնում է բուհերում ռուսերենով տարբեր առարկաների դասավանդման առաջխաղացմանը։
