«Խորհրդային քարտեզների ճշգրտումը»

«Պետությունների միջև սահմանների հստակեցման գործընթացը հիմնական 2 փուլ ունի՝ դելիմիտացում և դեմարկացում:
Դելիմիտացումն այն գործընթացն է երբ պետությունների ներկայացուցիչները պետական սահմանները ճշտում են քարտեզի վրա:
Այս էտապից հետո նոր կոնկրետ տեղանքում նշվում է կոնկրետ սահմանը: (Այս փուլն է դեմարկացում կոչվում):
Քարտեզի վրա Լատվիա – Բելառուսի սահմանների ճշտումը սկսվել է 1992թ: Ավարտվել՝ 1994թ:
Լիտվա – Բելառուս սահմանը քարտեզի վրա ճշգրտելը մի տարի ավելի երկար ժամանակ է պահանջել՝ 1992-1995թթ:
Ուկրաինա – Բելառուս սահմանազատումը քարտեզի վրա տևել է ավելի երկար՝ 1992-1997թթ:
Սահմանազատման աշխատանքները տեղանքում Լիտվայի հետ ավարտվել են 2007թ, Լատվիայի հետ՝ 2008-ին: Այսինքն քարտեզի վրա արված 2-ից 5 տարի տևած աշխատանքները տեղանքում կոնկրետացվել են շատ ավելի մեծ ժամանակաշրջանում՝ 10-13 տարվա ընթացքում:
Ուկրաինայի հետ սահմանի պարագայում ժամկետները ավելի ձգձգված են: Չնայած, որ ուկրաինական Ռադան սահմանները վավերացրել է 1997-ին, Բելառուսի խորհրդարանն այն վավերացրեց 2014թ-ին:
Այդ տարիներին Լեհաստան- Բելառուս սահմանազատման աշխատանքներ չեն տարվել: Պատճառը պարզ է՝ ի տարբերություն մյուս (նորանկախ) պետությունների Լեհաստանի հետ սահմանը ԽՍՀՄ-ի արտաքին սահման էր: Հետևաբար հստակ էր՝ ի տարբերություն ԽՍՀՄ հանրապետությունների միջև եղած սահմանների:
Ռուսաստան – Բելառուս սահմանազատումն առանձին ներկայացնելու թեմա է»:
