ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի պահեստազորի և պաշտոնաթող գեներալները հանդես են եկել կոչով.

Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,

Մենք՝  ՀՀ Զինված Ուժերի  պահեստազորի և պաշտոնաթող գեներալներս,

 

վտագնավոր համարելով Հայրենիքի առջև ստեղծված տագնապալի իրավիճակը,

գիտակցելով օր առաջ լուծումներ գտնելու անհրաժեշտությունը,

կարևորելով մեր պետության համար պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի և արդյունավետ արտաքին ու ներքին քաղաքականության անհրաժեշտությունը,

առաջնորդվելով պետության ընդհանուր անվտանգության և սահմանների անձեռնմխելիության առաջնային խնդիրներով,

առանցքային համարելով նոր, պրոֆեսիոնալ, բանիմաց ու քաղաքականապես պատրաստված իշխանությունների ձևավորման հրամայականը,

սույն կոչով դիմում ենք մեր հասարակությանն ու իշխանություններին:

Ցավոք, վերջին զարգացումներն ու սանձազերծված պատերազմը պատճառ դարձան մեր Հայրենիքի ու նրա անվտանգության կարևորագույն հատվածի կորստի համար: Մեր Ժողովուրդն ու Բանակը, իրենց ուժերի լարումով կանգնեցին Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության ճակատում ու թիկունքին, սակայն անգրագետ, անփույթ և մեծամիտ իշխանությունները մեր երկիրը տարան կործանարար ճանապարհով:

Անհրաժեշտ է օր առաջ վերակազմակերպվել ու դրանում ներգրավել Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք եռամիասնության ողջ ներուժը, վերլուծել ու գնահատել ստեղծված իրավիճակը, նախանշել ճշմարիտ ուղիները և արագ ձեռնմուխ լինել դրանց կյանքի կոչմանը: Այսօր, առավել քան պահանջված է Ազգ-Բանակ սկզբունքի ներքո համախմբվելու և առաջնորդվելու մոտոցումները:

Մենք կոչ ենք անում մեր հասարակությանը՝ սթափ նայել օրեցոր ահագնացող հիմնախնդիրներին ու տարածաշրջանում անվտանգային նոր սպառնալիքներին: Այդ նպատակով կարևոր ենք համարում երկրում ներքաղաքական կայունության հաստատումը, օր առաջ ապահովելով նոր՝ գրագետ, բանիմաց ու փորձառու իշխանությունների ձևավորումը, պետական բոլոր կառույցների ու հատկապես բանակի խնդիրների հստակ ձևակերպումը: Գործող իշխանությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ ի զորու չեն կառավարել պետությունը, չունեն դրա համար անհրաժեշտ որակներ, չեն կարող կրել Հայրենիքի առջև ստանձնած ծանր պատասխանատվության բեռը, և պետք է անհապաղ հրաժարական տան:

Մենք այսօր էլ կանգնած ենք մեր ժողովրդի ու բանակի կողքին, և պատրաստ ենք մեր ջանքներն ուղղել հանուն անվտանգ Հայաստանի ու Արցախի: Ստեղծված իրավիճակում, մեր դաշնակից երկրի՝ ՌԴ խաղաղարար ջանքերին զուգահեռ, պետք է անմասն չմնանք ու պատրաստ լինենք թշնամու ցանկացած ոտնձգության: Սա է օրվա հրամայականը:
