«Հողերը տվեց վարչապետ կոչեցյալը, մեր արյան գնով պահած հողերը: Որոտանից 26 կմ ձգվող հողերը վերցրեց ու նվեր տվեց թուրքերին, Շուռնուխի կեսը տվեց, ամբողջ ճանապարհահատվածը տվեց»: Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ կառավարությունը հանձնարարել է Սյունիքի դիրքապահներին՝ հեռանալ դիրքերից, այդ թվում գլխավոր բարձունքներից, որոնք մինչ այդ ապահովում էին Սյունիքի անվտանգությունը։ Ավելին՝ վերջնաժամկետ էր տրվել մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 18-ը՝ ժամը 17։00, ինչն առաջացրել էր բնակչության ու համայնքապետերի դժգոհությունը։ Արդեն երկու օր է, ինչ սյունեցիները փակում են Գորիս-Կապան ավտոճանապարհը ու բացատրություն պահանջում իշխանություններից, քանի որ վերջիններիս որոշման արդյունքում վտանգվել է Սյունիքի անվտանգությունը, այլեւս ապահով չի լինելու Գորիս-Կապան երթեւեկությունը։ Ընդ որում, պարզ չէ, թե ինչ փաստաթղթի հիման վրա է Փաշինյանը որոշել ադրբեջանցիներին հանձնել ռազմավարական նշանակության տարածքները, երբ նոյեմբերի 10-ի փաստաթղթում այդ մասին չկա որեւէ հիշատակում։

Հարցին՝ տեղյա՞կ է արդյոք՝ ինչ փաստաթղթի հիման վրա է տեղի ունենում տարածքների հանձնման պրոցեսը` Գորիսի քաղաքապետը պատասխանել է, որ տեղյակ չէ, իրենք որևէ փաստաթուղթ չեն տեսել. «Զինվորն ու կամավորը տեղում են, ասեմ ավելին՝ պատրաստ են կռիվ տալով պահել արյունով վաստակած իրենց հողը, բայց հրաման չեն տալիս: Հիմա պատկերացրեք, թե ինչ վիճակում է այստեղ ապրող ժողովուրդը», - նշել  է Առուշ Առուշանյանը:

Անդրադառնալով երկուշաբթի Փաշինյանի՝ Սյունիք կատարվելիք աշխատանքային այցին թեմային` Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանը պատասխանել է. «Թող գա Սյունիք ու կտեսնի, թե ոնց իրան կդիմավորենք»:
