«ՊՆ-ը զորքը հանել է Շուռնուխ գյուղից, երեկ վերջին զորքը հանեցին Շուռնուխի տարածքից, մնացել է մեր գյուղի փոքր ջոկատը և Գորիսից եկած կամավորներ: Հիմա սահմանը հսկող չկա, միչև սահմանապահներ կտեղակայվեն»,- «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Շուռնուխ համայնքի ղեկավար Հակոբ Արշակյանը:

Համայնքապետն ասել է՝ այս պահին դեռ որոշված չէ` գյուղի որ հատվածն է անցնելու հակառակորդի վերահսկողության ներքո: «Սահմանապահները տեղակայվելու են մայրուղու վրա, մայրուղուց ներքև բնակելի թաղամաս է, որի վիճակը դեռևս անորոշ է: Ռուս սահմանապահները հսկելու են մայրուղին, հայ սահմանապահները ձախ հատվածը, ադրբեջանցիները՝ աջ, այսինքն՝ նույն մայրուղուց պետք է օգտվի նաև ադրբեջանցին՝ իր գյուղից դուրս գա, մտնի մայրուղի, գա Շուռնուխով անցնի և նոր մտնի իրենց մյուս գյուղ: Շուռնուխից եթե մինչև 12 կմ դեպի Կապան ճանապարհի աջ և ձախ հատվածներում անտառախիտ տարածք է, դիվերսանտներն ամեն պահի կարող են մտնել մեր գյուղ, կարող են մայրուղուց ուղևորներին գողանալ, ծաղրելով սպանել, որ առանց ծաղրելու սպանեն, դա հրաշք ա: Իմ տունը գտնվում է մայրուղու անմիջապես ներքևի հատվածում, եթե գյուղի ներքևի հատվածը մնա մեզ, իմ հողամասից այն կողմ պետք է թուրքը լինի, այդտեղ սահմանապահ չի կանգնելու, որովհետև միանգամից անտառ է սկսվում, իմ երեխան պետք է հողամասում լինի, դրանից ներքև թուրքը»,- ասել է Հակոբ Արշակյանը:
