«Իրավունքը» գրում է.

Դեկտեմբերի 9-ին ԱԺ-ում կառավարության հետ հարց ու պատասխանի ժամանակ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հարց ուղղեց վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին ՝ վերջինիս ունեցվածքի մասին: Պատգամավորը, սակայն, չներկայացրեց որևէ հիմնավոր փաստ, ամեն հերթական «բացահայտումից» առաջ ընդամենը նշելով ՝ «օդից կախված են մնում» արտահայտությունը:

Վարչապետն էլ արձագանքեց, թե հայտարարագրից դուրս ինչ բացահայտվի նվիրում է հարց տվողին: Հետաքննություններ անելն ու փաստերով խոսելու տարբերակը պետք է, որ ծանոթ լիներ պարոն Փաշինյանին, չէ որ վերջինս տարիներ շարունակ եղել է լրագրության ասպարեզում: Օդից կախված լուրերը կարող են հրապարակախոսական մակարդակում ենթադրություններ անելու առիթ լինել, բայց ոչ պատգամավորի բերանից ԱԺ դահլիճում հնչեցվող փաստարկներ:

Նույն կերպ, օրինակ կարելի է ասել, որ օդից կախված են մնում Փաշինյանի ՝ իշխանության որոշ շրջանակների հետ ջերմ հարաբերությունների մասին խոսակցությունները (դրան ժողովուրդը կարծեմ պատվեր կատարել է ասում): Ընդ որում դրանք օդից կախված են մնում ընդդիմության շրջանակներում: Նույն ընդդիմադիրների ու ակտիվ դիրքորոշում ունեցող քաղաքացիներից շատերի մոտ օդից կախված են մնում Փաշինյանի ընդդիմադիրության անկեղծության շուրջ բազմաթիվ կասկածներ: Հատկապես սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավին չմասնակցելը և նախագիծն ընդհանրապես կեղծ օրակարգ որակելը ընդդիմությանը տվել են այդ օդից կախված կասկածներն ունենալու հնարավորությունը:

Օդից կախված զրույցներով քաղաքական մեկնաբանություններ անելը կարող է կոնկրետ պահի տեղեկատվական հոսքում որոշակի սրություն ապահովել: Սոցիալական խնդիրներ ունեցող հասարակության համար նման սուր դրսևորումներ ունկընդրելը շատ հաճելի կարող է լինել, մանավանդ երբ իշխանությունն իր գործունեությամբ նման առիթներ տալիս է: Բայց եթե ընդդիմության մոտ կա իսկապես ցանկություն լուծել, պարզել իրական խնդիրները, ապա օդից կախված փաստերով խոսելը արդյունավետ չէ:

Արդյունքում նման օդից կախված մոտեցումները, չփաստարկված բայց սուր հռետորաբանությամբ համեմված դրսևորումները հերթական անգամ պարզապես գոլորշի բաց թողնելուն միտված քայլեր են հիշեցնում: Այլ բան, եթե ընդդիմությունը հարմարվել է գոլորշի բաց թողնելով իր քաղաքական ստատուսը պահելուն և պարզապես ժամանակ առ ժամանակ բավարարում է հանրության այսրոպեական սպասելիքները՝ սուր հրապարակային ելույթներ ունենալով:
