ANALYSISԹուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանին բարդ ընտրություն է սպասվում՝ ԱՄՆ-ի և Եվրամիության կողմից նոր պատժամիջոցների բախվել կամ վերադառնալ Արևմուտքի գիրկը: Այս մասին գրել է ամերիկյան «The Wall Street Journal» թերթը:
«Անցյալ երկուշաբթի ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ Անկարային պատժամիջոցներ են սպասվում, ցավալի է, բայց անխուսափելի», - գրել է թերթը:
Պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոն հայտարարել է, որ Թուրքիայի կողմից Ս-400-ի գնումը ՆԱՏՕ-ի շրջանակներում վտանգում է ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմական տեխնոլոգիաները և անձնակազմի անվտանգությունը, ինչպես նաև «զգալի միջոցներ է տրամադրում Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանական սեկտորին» և «մուտք՝ թուրքական զինված ուժեր ու պաշտպանական արդյունաբերություն»:
«Պատժամիջոցները վերաբերում են Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության գնումների գործակալությանը և նրա բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին: Դա ցավալի կլինի, քանի որ միջազգային ֆինանսական հաստատությունները ստիպված կլինեն երկու անգամ մտածել նախքան կառավարության այս կառույցի հետ գործ ունենալը», - գրել է թերթը:
Պոմպեոն նշել է, որ Սպիտակ տունը ցանկանում է լուծել այս խնդիրը, բայց պետք է պատժամիջոցներ կիրառի՝ համաձայն 2017 թվականին ընդունված «Պատժամիջոցների միջոցով Ամերիկայի հակառակորդներին հակազդելու մասին օրենքի»:
Ամերիկյան հայտնի հրատարակություններից մեկը գրել է, որ վերջին տարիներին Էրդողանն ընկերություն է արել Ռուսաստանի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ:
Չնայած Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի շահերը չեն համընկնում Սիրիայի և Սև ծովի հարցում՝ Պուտինն ուրախ էր գործարք կնքելու համար: Տնտեսական շահերը՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի ներսում անկարգությունների և պառակտումների համեմատ, ոչինչ են:
