Դուք այսօր ծառայում եք ազգադավ իշխանությանը․ Շիրինյանը ոստիկաններին կոչ արեց արժանապատվորեն դուրս գալ
SOCIETYԱյսօր մեր հայրենիքը վտանգված է, անիշխանութույուն է տիրում։ Ինքներդ նկատում եք, որ մեր սահմաններին հաճախ սովորական քաղաքացին է մի թիզ հողի համար կռիվ տալիս, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններն են կռիվ տալիս, բայց ո՞ւր է իշխանությունը։ Անգամ այս պարագայում մենք նորից գերեվարվածներ ունենք, բայց քար լռություն է տիրում։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 17-ին, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի պահանջով «Արժանապատվության երթի» ժամանակ հայտարարեց ոստիկանության գնդապետ Սայաթ Շիրինյանը:
«Արժանապատիվ հայեր, մենք իրավունք չունենք անմասն մնալու, որովհետեւ մենք կորցնում ենք պետականություն, մեր երկիրը, յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի, ով ինքնասիրություն եւ արժանապատվություն ունի, անպայման պետք է մեր կողքին լինի։ Մենք ունենք ստահակ, ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ով պատրաստ է բախումների տանել։ Ի պատիվ այս շարժումը ղեկավարողներին, պիտի ասեմ, որ նրանք խոհեմորեն առաջնորդում են խուսափելու այդ բախումներից, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ մենք վախենում ենք, ոչ, բախում են ուզո՞ւմ, բախում կստանան»,- ասաց Շիրինյանը։
Նա դիմեց ոստիկանության ծառայողներին․ «Պարոնայք սպաներ, շարքայիններ, դուք ունեք ապիկար եւ ապաշնոր ղեկավարություն, դուք այսօր ծառայում եք ազգադավ իշխանությանը։ Հիշեք, թե մարտի 1-ին այս ստահակըինչպես ժողովրդին հանեց ոստիկանության դեմ։ Մի մոռացեք, որ այդ մասսայական անկարգությունների հետեւանքով քաղաքացիական 8 անձ եւ ոստիկանությունից երկու զոհ ունեցանք։ Եթե մինչ պատերազմը կարելի էր փորձել եւ ընկալել ձեր մոտեցումը, բայց այսօր անընդունելի է, ո՞ւմ եւ ի՞նչին եք ծառայում։ Դուք ծառայում եք մեկին, ով առանց աչքը թարթելու 5000-ից ավելի զոհ տվեց, ով ձեր գործընկերներին զոհեց։
Ոստիկանության գնդապետը եւս մեկ անգամ կոչ արեց շրջահայաց ու հեռատես լինել։
«Հարգում եմ ձեր համազգեստը, չէ որ 20 տարի ես պատվով կրել եմ այդ համազգեստը։ Ուզում եմ, որ արժանապատվորեն կրեք այն։ Ուզո՞ւմ եք ծառայել այն իշխանությանը, որի դրդմամբ կամ հանցավոր անտարբերության արդյունքում Կենտրոնի ոստիկանության բաժին մտան արմավոլները ու ծեծեցին ձեզ։ Մենք գործընկերներ ունենք, որոնք իրենց արժանապատվությանը ցածր համարեցին այս իշխանությանը ծառայել, խնդրում եմ ձեզ՝ արժանապատվորեն դուրս գալ, իսկ եթե հանկարծ կլինի այնպիսի իրավիճակ, որ ոստիկաններից որեւէ մեկը ձեռք կբարձրացնի իր ժողովրդի վրա, ուրեմն ես կլինեմ առաջին շարքում ու կկտրեմ այն ոստիկանի ձեռքը, ով ձեռք կբարձրացնի իր ժողովրդի վրա,- ընդգծեց նա։
