Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի խմբագրականից մի հատված.
«Անցած հանրաքվեն աննախադեպ էր ոչ թե կեղծիքների քանակով (դրանք 20 տարի է՝ միջին հաշվով նույնն են), այլ բացահայտված և արձանագրված խախտումների առումով։ Ինչի՞ շնորհիվ դա հնարավոր եղավ։ Իհարկե, ի թիվս այլ հանգամանքների՝ իր դերը խաղացին տեսագրող և նկարահանող սարքերի քանակությանը, դրանց տիրապետելու դյուրինությունը, ինչպես նաև, իհարկե, սոցիալական ցանցերը և համացանցն ընդհանրապես։ Բայց ես չէի թերագնահատի նաև հասարակության հասունացումը։
Ինձ թվում է՝ ցանկացած անաչառ մարդու համար ակնհայտ է, որ հասարակական սեկտորը Հայաստանում վերջին տարիներին ամրապնդել է իր դիրքերը, և մասնավորապես դրա շնորհիվ է, որ մի քանի կազմակերպություն կարողացել են իրականացնել բավականին արդյունավետ դիտորդական առաքելության։ Ավելացել են նաև որևէ վերահսկողությունից դուրս գտնվող լրատվամիջոցները։ Իսկ գլոբալ առումով՝ իմ լավատեսության աղբյուրն այն է, որ նոր սերնդի, իմ երեխաների սերնդի մեջ կամաց-կամաց սկսում են գերակշռել տեղեկացված և ինքնուրույն մտածող մարդիկ»,–գրում է թերթի խմբագիրը։
