Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ձյան վրա կրկին արյուն է։ Դեկտեմբերի 11-ին և 12-ին արձանագրված միջադեպերը Երևանի, Մոսկվայի և Բաքվի միջև ձեռք բերված եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունից հետո առաջինն էին, գրում է ֆրանսիական հեղինկավոր Le Monde պարբերականը՝ հավելելով, որ բախումների ընթացքում հայկական կողմը հայտնել է 6 վիրավորների, իսկ ադրբեջանական կողմը՝ 4 մարդու մահվան մասին։
Ինչպես նշում է հոդվածագիր Պոլ Տավինյոն, միջադեպերն արձանագրվել են հայերի վերահսկողության տակ մնացած մի քանի գյուղերում, որտեղ տեղակայված չեն ռուս խաղաղապահներ։
«Վերջին օրերին տեղի ունեցածի վերաբերյալ լիակատար պարզություն չկա, բայց կարելի է հստակ ասել, որ իրավիճակը պայթյունավտանգ է: Մենք պետք է հասկանանք՝ ինչ է տեղի ունեցել: Ռուս զինվորները բավարար չեն շփման գծի ամբողջ երկայնքում տեղակայվելու համար, և ես վստահ չեմ, որ հայկական ղեկավարությունը գիտի, թե որտեղ են գտնվում իր բոլոր զինվորները», -Twitter-ում գրել է ռազմական փորձագետ Ռոբ Լին:
Չնայած բարձրլեռնային և ձյունածածկ գոտու դժվարամատչելիությանը՝ ռուսական ուժերը շտապել են գյուղեր՝ կանխելու հակամարտության նոր սրումը, որը կարող էր իմիջային հարված լինել ՌԴ-ի համար և նոր արյունահեղությունների հանգեցնել, գրում է հոդվածագիրը՝ հավելելով, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցնող շրջանների վերաբերյալ քարտեզներն անորոշ են, զինադադարի եռակողմ պայմանավորվածության վերաբերյալ թուղթը՝ սևագիր, իսկ մթնոլորտը չի նպաստում կրքերի հանդարտմանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ սոցիալական ցանցերում մոլեգնող դաժան տեսագրություններն ատելություն են բորբոքում, իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի ավտորիտար նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին, ապա նա ամենևին էլ չի ձգտում հրացան կախել պատին։ Շաբաթ օրը նա Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին՝ ֆրանսիացի Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտիին և ամերիկացի Էնդրյու Շոֆերին հայտարարել է, որ նրանք անհաջողության են մատնվել։
«Ես ձեզնից հաճախ եմ լսել, որ հակամարտությունը ռազմական լուծում չունի։ Ես պատասխանում էի՝ ունի, և պատմությունը հաստատեց է իմ իրավացիությունը»,- ասել է նա։
Այնուամենայնիվ, թնդանոթի արձագանքը երկար է թնդում Կովկասում, և ամեն ինչ դրդում է քաղաքական կարգավորման, քանի որ միայն դա կարող է ամրապնդել «ռազմական լուծումը», հավելում է Տավինյոն։
