«ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզում բնակարանների գները բարձրացել են: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը պաշտոնական աղբյուրներից տեղեկացավ, որ Հայաստանի մար­զային քաղաքներից մի քանիսում բնակարանների գները նվազել են, մյուսներում բարձրացել: Ի դեպ, ՀՀ մարզային որոշ քաղաքներում բնակարաննե­րի գները փոփոխության չեն ենթարկվել:

Օրինակ՝ այս տարվա սեպտեմբերին Աբովյան քաղաքում բնակարանի մեկ քմ-ն արժեցել է 187 հազար դրամ, իսկ հոկտեմբերին այն թանկացել է՝ դառնալով 188 հազար 300 դրամ: Նույն մարզի Նոր Հաճնում բնակարանի մեկ քմ-ի գինը բարձրացել է 1200 դրամով, սեպտեմ­բերին մեկ քմ-ի գինը կազմել է 130 հազար դրամ, իսկ հոկտեմբերին՝ 131 հազար 200 դրամ:

Եղվարդում թանկացումը կազմել է 500 դրամ, Հրազդանում՝ 1000 դրամ, Չարենցավանում՝ 900 դրամ: Իսկ, ահա, տուրիստական քաղաք համարվող Ծաղկաձորում բնակարանի մեկ քմ-ն թանկացել է՝ 280 հազար դրամից դառ­նալով 281 հազար 300 դրամ: Հայաստանի հայրաքաղաք համարվող Գյումրիում բնակարանի գինը բարձրացել է 500 դրամով, այստեղ բնակարանի մեկ քմ-ն սեպտեմբերին առաջարկվել է 103 հազար դրամ, իսկ հոկտեմբերին՝ 103 հազար 500 դրամով:

Արմավիրի մարզի Արմավիր քաղաքում բնակարանի գինը 900 դրամով է էժանացել, իսկ էջմիածնում և՛ սեպտեմբերին, և՛ հոկտեմբերին բնակարանի մեկ քմ գինը կազմել է 160 հազար 200 դրամ: Բնակարանների գները նվազել են Վանաձորում, Ստեփանավանում, Ալավերդիում, Գորիսում, հջևանում, Եղեգնաձորում, Վայքում, Աշտարակում, Ապարանում: Իսկ, ահա, Արտաշատում բնակարանի մեկ քմ-ն սեպտեմբերին վաճառվել է 128 հազար դրամով, հոկտեմբերին՝ 128 հազար 500 դրամ»,-գրում է թերթը:
