«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Երեկ լրատվամիջոցները գուժեցին, որ Արցախի Խծաբերդ եւ Հին թաղեր գյուղերը վերջնականապես անցան թշնամուն։ 

Վերջին օրերին այս համայնքների համար թեժ մարտեր էին ընթանում, մի պահ հայտարարվեց, թե գյուղերը ռուս խաղաղապահների ջանքերով կմնան հայկական վերահսկողության տակ, մինչդեռ երեկ հրապարակված քարտեզից պարզ դարձավ, որ դրանք եւս հանձնվել են։ ՀՀ պատկան մարմինները որեւէ պարզաբանում չեն ներկայացնում սրա վերաբերյալ։

Արցախի ԱԱԽ քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանի կուսակից, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Դավիթ Գալստյանից հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ Արցախում գիտե՞ն, թե ինչու այդ համայնքները հանձնվեցին հակառակորդին։ «Այդ  հարցը պետք է տաք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին եւ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, որոնցից մեկը համաձայնություն է տվել, մյուսն էլ ստորագրել է խայտառակ հայտարարությունը, բայց այսօր չեն կարողանում պահել դրա ոչ մի կետը։ Ես չգիտեմ, թե ոնց են տվել, բայց, այո, լսել եմ, որ մերոնք դուրս են եկել այդ համայնքներից»։

Իսկ Վիտալի Բալասանյանը, ով այժմ համագործակցում է Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ, պաշտոն է ստացել, այս երկու համայնքների հարցում չի՞ կրում պատասխանատվություն։ Գալստյանն ասաց, որ ինքը վերջին օրերին Հայաստանում է եղել եւ հիմա Արցախ վերադարձի ճանապարհին է, չի խոսել Բալասանյանի հետ․ «Վիտալի Բալասանյանը, չգիտեմ՝ այդ պայմանագրի կետերը պահպանելու համար կրում է պատասխանատվություն, թե ոչ, ես տեղյակ չեմ, վերադառնում եմ, կխոսեմ»։ Դիտարկմանը, թե իշխանությանը մաս կազմելով՝ արդեն իսկ ստանձնել է պատասխանատվություն, Գալստյանը չհակադարձեց, միայն ասաց․ «Ես չեմ խոսել իր հետ, դրա համար եմ ասում, որ ինձ ոչինչ հայտնի չէ»։
