Ո՞վ է Երևանի նոր փոխքաղաքապետը և ինչո՞վ է նա հայտնի

Այսօր տարածվեց տեղեկություն, որ Երևանի փոխքաղաքապետ Տիգրան Վիրաբյանին փոխարինելու է ավագանու Իրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գայանե Մելքոմ Մելքոմյանը: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտնել է Երևանի ավագանու «Լույս» խմբակցության անդամ Անի Խաչատրյանը:
Ո՞վ է Երևանի նոր փոխքաղաքապետը և ինչո՞վ է նա հայտնի:
2007 թվականին նա եղել է «Արմակադ» «Ակադեմիական համագործակցության եւ օժանդակության հայկական ասոցիացիայի» նախաձեռնողներից մեկը: 2010-ին Գայանե Մելքոմ Մելքոմյանը մի խումբ համախոհների հետ հիմնադրել է «Մենք ենք այս քաղաքի տերը» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը: Նա ակտիվորեն մասնակցել է 2012 թ. Մաշտոցի պուրակի պաշտպանության նախաձեռնությանն ու տարբեր հարթակներում քաղաքացիական ինքնակազմակերպման գործողություններին: Վերջինս նաև «Վճարում ենք 100 դրամ» նախաձեռնության անդամ էր և հաճախ էր հանդես գալիս սուր հայտարարություններով:
Դիցուք՝ 2013-ին նա հայտարարել էր. «Մենք գործ ունենք մի ամբողջ համակարգի հետ: Սերժ Սարգսյանը վերջերս իր տխրահռչակ «ասուլիսի» ժամանակ բաց տեքստով հաստատել է, որ ուղեվարձը պետք է թանկանա, բայց ներքաղաքային տրանսպորտի սակագնի հարցը որևէ կերպ չի մտնում նրա իրավասությունների մեջ: Հերթական անգամ նա հակասահմանադրական հայտարարություններ է անում և հրահանգներ է տալիս տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմնին, ինչպես արեց Մաշտոցի պուրակի ժամանակ: Սահմանադրական կարգի հաստատման տեսանկյունից խիստ կարևոր է ճիշտ թիրախավորումը: Ո՞վ է իրավասու այդ ոլորտում՝ Հենրիկ Նավասարդյա՞նը, Տարոն Մարգարյա՞նը, ուրեմն հենց նրանք էլ պետք է պատասխանատվություն կրեն»:
Նշենք, որ Գայանե Մելքոմ-Մելքոմյանի կողմից նշված Հենրիկ Նավասարդյանը պաշտոնից ազատվել է ընդամենը 2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, հետաքրքիր է, իսկ այդ ընթացքում ավագանու անդամի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող և Նավասարդյանի հետ փաստացի աշխատող Մելքոմ-Մելքոմյանը փորձե՞լ է նախկին հանցանքների համար Նավասարդյանին պատասխանատվության կանչել: Բացի այդ, կա հետաքրքրաշարժ մեկ այլ հարց ևս. Մելքոմ-Մելքոմյանը իր մագիստրոսական կրթությունը ստացել է Կանադայի ՄակԳիլլի համալսարանում՝ 2010 թվականին և դա հնարավոր է դարձել «Լույս» հիմնադրամի շնորհիվ, որի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահը Սերժ Սարգսյանն էր: Հետաքրքիր է` եթե Մելքոմ-Մելքոմյանը այդքան սկզբունքային էր՝ ինչո՞ւ էր մեկնում ուսման այն ժամանակվա իշխանությունների կողմից ֆինանսավորվող հիմնադրամի միջոցներով:
Ավագանու անդամ դառնալուց հետո Մելքոմ-Մելքոմյանը մոռացել է իր երբեմնի ակտիվիզմը և ինչպես ասում են` հոգով ու սրտով իմքայլական է դարձել: Վերջինս դարձել է սորոսական ԲունTV-ի պատվավոր հյուրերից և հաճախ է այս հարթակում հայտնվում: Նորաթուխ փոխքաղաքապետը նաև քաղաքական դիսկուրս պրոյեկտի խմբագրակազմի անդամ է՝ Վահրամ Սողոմոնյանի և Դավիթ Ստեփանյանի հետ մեկտեղ:
