Արսեն Թորոսյանի՝ թիկունքից հարվածը Փաշինյանին

Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը, օգտվելով հետպատերազմյան Հայաստանում առկա իրավիճակից, շարունակում է իր սև գործը: Քասախի նևրոզների կլինիկայի 50-ից ավել բուժաշխատողներ զրկվում են աշխատանքից, իսկ բազմաթիվ բուժառուներ՝ հասանելի օգնությունից: Մարզերում ԲԿ-երը փակելու անհագ ցանկությունը Թորոսյանը չի դադարում իրագործել նաև մի պարագայում, երբ, կարծես թե, իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների թիվ մեկ խնդիրը պետք է լիներ ստեղծված ծանր իրավիճակում հնարավորության սահմաններում հանրության խնդիրների լուծումը և մեղմումը և ոչ թե՝ նոր խնդիրների ավելացումը:
Դա էլ դեռ բավարար չէր, օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ Երևանի Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ հիվանդանոցի Սուրբ Աստվածածին մատուռը, որը գործում է 1993 թվականից, շինարարական աշխատանքների անցկացման հիմնավորմամբ դուրս է բերվում հիվանդանոցի տարածքից: Մատուռի հոգևոր հովիվ Տեր Աշոտ քահանա Սաֆարյանի խոսքով՝ առանց իրեն տեղյակ պահելու տնօրենը կազմակերպել է մատուռում առկա պարագաների՝ սրբապատկերների, մոմակալների դուրս բերումն ու գույքագրումն այն դեպքում, երբ այդ իրերից որոշներին դիպչելու իրավունք կողմնակի անձինք չունեն:
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ ԲԿ-ի տնօրենը նախարար Թորոսյանի մտերիմն է, իսկ ինքը` Արսեն Թորոսյանը, երբեք էլ չի թաքցրել աթեիստ լինելու հանգամանքը: Գուցե նաև դա է պատճառներից մեկը, որ ԲԿ-ում մատուռը այլևս տեղ չունի:
Հասկանալի է, որ նախարար Թորոսյանին չեն հետաքրքրում ո՛չ փակված ԲԿ-ի աշխատակիցների ճակատագրերը, ո՛չ առանց որակյալ բուժօգնության մնացած մեր հայրենակիցների ճակատագրերը: Սակայն, կա մեկ ճակատագիր, որը Թորոսյանին չի կարող չհետաքրքրել, քանի որ այդ ճակատագրից է մեծամասամբ կախված նաև իր՝ նախարարի ճակատագիրը: Խոսքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ապագայի մասին է, որը Արսեն Թորոսյանը իր քայլերով դարձնում է ավելի ու ավելի մշուշոտ: Հայաստանում այսօր առկա է իշխանության գործողությունների հանդեպ դժգոհության լուրջ ալիք, իսկ սորոսական նախարարը ինչպես ասում են՝ կրակի մեջ յուղ է լցնում` դրանով իսկ ավելի հավանական դարձնելով իր քաղաքական թիմի ղեկավարի հրաժարականը: Առաջին ծիծեռնակները արդեն երևում են. օրեր առաջ բուժաշխատողների համայնքը հանդես եկավ վարչապետի հրաժարականի պահանջով և կարող ենք փաստել, որ դրանում մեծ ավանդ ունի նաև Արսեն Թորոսյանն` իր վարած քաղաքականությամբ…
