INTERVIEW
-Պարոն Վանեցյան, վերջին օրերին շատ է խոսվում ստեղծված իրավիճակի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և 5 միլիարդ դոլարով Արցախը ծախելու մասին, ի՞նչ կարող եք ասել այս թեմայի շուրջ:
-Ընդամենը հուշեմ, Ձեր հարցի, ինչպես նաև ստեղծված աղետալի իրավիճակի հետ կապված մի շարք այլ հարցերի պատասխանները կարող եք գտնել՝ ևս մեկ անգամ ուշադիր վերընթերցելով իմ հրաժարականի դիմումը: Այս պահին մեկ բան ակնհայտ է, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դավաճան է և պետք է անհապաղ հեռանա: Դա բխում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և մեր ժողովրդի շահերից, սա ասում եմ ոչ թե որպես միայն ՀՀ քաղաքացի, այլ որպես ԱԱԾ նախկին ղեկավար:
-Այնուամենայնիվ, Ձեր և Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցչի միջև Դուբայ քաղաքում, ինչպես նշել է Միքայել Մինասյանը, հանդիպում եղե՞լ է, թե՞ ոչ, և ի՞նչ եք քննարկել այդ հանդիպմանը:
-Թե ես, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բազմիցս նշել ենք, որ 2018թ. հեղափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների միջև հաստատվել է օպերատիվ կապ, և այո՝ մինչև ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնում իմ պաշտոնավարման ավարտը այդ կապն իրականացվել է իմ և ևս մեկ պաշտոնյայի միջոցով, ով մինչ օրս պաշտոնավարում է: Օպերատիվ կապի շրջանակներում ես պարբերաբար հանդիպումներ եմ ունեցել Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցչի հետ, այդ թվում՝ Դուբայ քաղաքում։ Այդ շփումների արդյունքում բազմիցս տարաբնույթ տեղեկություններ եմ ստացել և փոխանցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, իսկ այդ շփումների մասին տեղյակ են եղել Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի բոլոր անդամները:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հիշատակված հանդիպման կամ այդ ձևաչափով տեղի ունեցած բազմաթիվ այլ հանդիպումների բովանդակությանը, ապա հարկ եմ համարում ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել, որ չեմ պատրաստվում ծառայության բերումով ստացված տեղեկությունները հրապարակայնացնելը:
