Արցախից ևս 600 քկմ, այլ կերպ ասած՝ 3 հատ Երևան քաղաքի չափ տարածք հանձնվեց Ադրբեջանին: Նախկին ԼՂԻՄ-ի կազմից:

15կմ լայնություն և մոտ 40կմ երկարություն ունեցող այս անչափ կարևոր ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող տարածքը՝ Խծաբերդ, Հին Թաղեր բնակավայրերով և Դիզափայտ լեռով արդեն Ադրբեջանի հսկողության տակ է:

ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն դեռ դեկտեմբերի 13-ին հրապարակած քարտեզներում այս տարածքը ներկայացրել է Արցախի հսկողության ներքո, դեկտեմբերի 14-ի պաշտոնական քարտեզում այն հանված է Արցախից:

Որպեսզի արդարացնողները փաստարկ չբերեն, թե պահելը դժվար էր կամ կարևոր չէր, ասեմ, որ միայն Դիզափայտ բարձունքը՝ մոտ 2500մ. բարձրությամբ, հսկողության տակ է պահում Շուշի, Հադրութ, Ջրական (Ջեբրայիլ), Կովսական, Սանասար քաղաքները, Իրանի սահմանը և Իրանի տարածքի որոշ հատվածներ:

Պատերազմի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը բազմիցս փորձել է գրավել այս տարածքը, բայց շնորհիվ հայ զինվորների և կամավորների, հնարավոր է եղել պահել այն:

Կարծում եմ, ՀՀ և Արցախի իշխանությունները հպարտ քաղաքացիներին բացատրություն պետք է տան:

Գուցե այս տարածքը փոխվել է մեկ այլ՝ ավելի երևացող, բայց պակաս կարևոր տարածքի հե՞տ: Օրինակ՝ Ադրբեջանը խոստացել է այլևս չպահանջել իրեն հանձնել ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի ճանապարհներից մեկը կամ գյուղացիների որոշ վարելահողեր:

Դա, իհարկե, ավելի երևացող է, բայց հավատացեք, որ Դիզափայտի բարձունքըւ կորցնելը հավասարազոր է խաչ քաշել ապագա ծրագրերի վրա:
