SOCIETYՉի կարող ՀՀ-ն, որը հիմա նման է վիրավոր գազանի, ունենալ վարչապետ մեկին, ով ամեն օր դանակի նոր հարվածով այնպես է անում, որ երկիրն արնաքամ լինի, և այդ մասին հայտարարում է սառնասրտորեն, մեզ էլ կոչ անում, որ սառնասիրտ կերպով հետևենք, թե ինչ են անում ադրբեջանցիները: Այս մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի պահանջով «Արժանապատվության երթ»-ի ժամանակ նշեց «Իրավական կրթություն և վերահսկողություն» ՀԿ նախագահ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:
«44 օր շարունակ իր և իր դավաճանական իշխանությունը հետևել են, թե ինչպես են զոհվում մեր հայրենակիցները, սառնասիրտ կերպով իրենց ուղարկել մահվան գիրկը՝ մեկ վայրկան անգամ չխնայելով ոչ այդ մարդկանց, ոչ էլ նրանց ծնողներին»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ սա է այս իշխանության դեմքը:
Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն ասաց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պետք է ունենար արժանապատվություն, ինքնասիրություն և հրաժարական տար: Նա նշեց, որ իր աթոռի հետ ամուսնական դաշինք կնքած վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը այս մարդկանց չի տեսնում:
«Եթե ինքը տրորել է մեր պատիվը թուրքի առաջ, խոնարհվել է թուրքի առաջ, չի նշանակում, որ մեզ էլ պետք է ստիպի դա անել: ՀՀ սահմանները, Սյունիքի մարզը վտանգված են, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է, որ համակերպվենք»,-ասաց նա:
