Մեկնարկել է Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանի գործով վերաքննիչ բողոքի քննությունը: Այս պահին դատարանի մոտ են հավաքվել մի խումբ հանրապետականներ, ովքեր իրենց աջակցությունն են հայտնում Բաղդասարյանին:
ԱԺ նախկին փոխխոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը դատարանի մոտ լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարեց, որ վերջին 100 տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանը երբեք այսպիսի ողբերգական վիճակում չի եղել. «Դրա պատճառը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, ով հրահրեց պատերազմը, պատերազմի ընթացքում 44 օր պաշտոնական տեղեկատվությամբ մոլորեցրեց մարդկանց, թե հաղթում ենք, ու բերեց ժողովրդից ծածուկ կնքեց կապիտուլյացիոն ակտ: Նա մերժեց Պուտինի առաջարկը՝ պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու: Ես իրեն հարց եմ տալիս՝ պարոն Փաշինյան, ո՞ւմ ես լսել դու, երբ հոկտեմբերի 19-ին Պուտինի ՝պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու առաջարկը չես ընդունել, իսկ մինչ այդ էլ չես ընդունել Շտաբի պետի առաջարկը, ով ասել է, որ մենք ռեսուրս չունենք պատերազմելու: Էռատո ջոկատի վրա է հույս դրե՞լ Նիկոլը: Ո՞վ է նրան իրավունք տվել խաղալ մեր ազգի ճակատագրի հետ: Առհասարակ բոլոր զոհերի պատասխանատուն ինքն է, բայց հոկտեմբերի 19-ից հետո նա բոլոր զոհերի ուղիղ պատասխանատուն է: Նա պետք է հեռանա»:
«Բացի նիկոլականներից ու սորոսականներից, ով էլ գա, ավել լավ կկառավարի, սրանից վատ կառավարել, ուղղակի հնարավոր չէ»,-նշեց նա:
