«Իսկանդեր» և «Սկադ» համակարգերը կրկին դուրս են բերվել ու տարվել տարբեր ուղղություններով

168.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ «Իսկանդեր» և «Սկադ» համակարգերը, որոնք պատերազմի ավարտից հետո բերվել էին իրենց մշտական տեղակայման վայրեր, այսօր կրկին դուրս են բերվել ու տարվել տարբեր ուղղություններով:
«Հիշեցնենք, որ երբ ողջ պատերազմի ընթացքում մարդիկ տարակուսում էին, թե երբ է կիրառվելու «Իսկանդեր» օպերատիվ մարտավարական հրթիռային համալիրը, որը նախատեսված է հակառակորդի կենդանի ուժի, ամրաշինական կառույցների և տնտեսական ենթակառուցվածքների ոչնչացման համար և ունակ է խոցել նաև շարժվող թիրախներ, Պաշտպանության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչ, 44 օր հասարակությանը թյուրիմացության մեջ գցած Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը մի կողմից ասում էր, թե պետք չէ գերագնահատել դրա նշանակությունը, իսկ մյուսից էլ՝ նշում, թե դրա կիրառման ժամանակը չէ:
Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ ռուսական արտադրության «Իսկանդեր-Մ» համակարգերից ունի միայն ՌԴ-ն: Արտասահմանյան գնորդների համար Ռուսաստանն արտադրում է «Իսկանդեր-Է» համակարգերը, որոնք «Իսկանդեր-Մ»-ի պարզեցված տարբերակն են: Պարզեցված համակարգն ունի մինչև 280 կմ հեռահար հարված: Դա, հավանաբար, պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ միջազգային համաձայնագրերով չի թույլատրվում կիրառել 300 կմ-ից ավելի հեռահարություն ունեցող զինատեսակներ: «Իսկանդեր-Է» համակարգերի առաջին և միակ գնորդը համարվում է Հայաստանը:
Ինչևէ, պատերազմն ավարտվեց, և արդեն դրա ավարտից հետո շատերն ասացին, որ հայկական կողմը, այնուամենայնիվ, «Իսկանդեր» կիրառել է: Նշում էին նաև ուղղությունը՝ Շուշի: Պաշտոնական մեկնաբանություն, բնականաբար, չտրվեց:
Ի դեպ, նոյեմբերի 19-ին տված ասուլիսի ընթացքում այդ հարցը տրվեց նաև ՀՀ զինված ուժերի Գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ, ՊՆ Ռազմական վերահսկողության ծառայության նախկին պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Մովսես Հակոբյանին, ով ասաց՝ ես գիտեմ, որ կրակել է, բայց չեմ ասի որտեղի վրա։
Հուսանք, որ գոնե հիմա, երբ արդեն իրական սպառնալիք է ստեղծվել արդեն Հայաստանի սահմանների համար, այդ հարվածային համակարգերը կկիրառվեն մեր հայրենիքի սահմանների անառիկության պահպանման համար»,-գրում է լրատվամիջոցը:
