Կոչ ենք անում Հայաստանի ու Արցախի Հանրապետությունների զինված ուժերի ղեկավարությանը, համագործակցելով ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորքերի հետ, ընդունել անհրաժեշտ որոշումներ՝ ապահովելու համար մեր երկրի և ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը, ինչպես նաև կանխելու Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից հրադադարի եռակողմ հայտարարության խախտումները: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել «Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժման» վարչապետի միասնական թեկնածու Վազգեն Մանուկյանը:

«Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորքերի առաքելության իրականացումն Արցախում, սակայն որևէ երկրում խաղաղապահ զորքերը միայնակ չեն կարող ապահովել սահմանների և բնակչության լիարժեք պաշտպանությունն ու անվտանգությունը՝ առանց տեղի զինված ուժերի։ Այդ մասին են վկայում երեկ Արցախում տեղի ունեցած զարգացումները, որոնք խիստ մտահոգիչ են։
Հայաստանում և Արցախում այսօր պետական համակարգերը կաթվածահար են և իրենց անգործությամբ ու բանակի պարտականությունները խոչընդոտելով՝ հնարավորություն չեն տալիս զինված ուժերին կատարել իրենց ուղիղ գործառույթները՝ պաշտպանել Հայաստանի, Արցախի սահմաններն ու խաղաղ բնակչությանը։

Հայաստանի օրվա քաղաքական իշխանության կասկածելի անտարբերությունը, իսկ առանձին դեպքերում՝ կանխամտածված վարքագիծը, թույլ չեն տալիս ՀՀ զինված ուժերին կատարել իրենց պարտքը Հայրենիքի հանդեպ։

Կոչ ենք անում Հայաստանի ու Արցախի Հանրապետությունների զինված ուժերի ղեկավարությանը, համագործակցելով ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորքերի հետ, ընդունել անհրաժեշտ որոշումներ՝ ապահովելու համար մեր երկրի և ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը, ինչպես նաև կանխելու Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից հրադադարի եռակողմ հայտարարության խախտումները։

Ակնկալում ենք նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահությունից՝ ակտիվ ջանքեր գործադրել և կատարել իրենց առաքելությունը։
