Ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններում Էրդողանը նոր խնդիրներ կունենա

Աշխարհաքաղաքական վերջին զարգացումներով պայմանավորված՝ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններում լարվածության աճ է նկատվում, որը Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի համար նոր խնդիրներ կարող է առաջ բերել։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին գրված է ԱՄՆ-ում գործող Bloomberg գործակալության կողմից հրապարակված զեկույցում։
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պատերազմն ավարտվեց, երբ Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև ստորագրվեց եռակողմ հայտարարությունը: Մինչ Ռուսաստանի միջնորդությունից հետո կողմերը նստում էին սեղանի շուրջ, հայկական ուժերը դուրս եկան Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցնող տարածքներից: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ պատերազմում Ադրբեջանի գրանցած հաջողությունների հարցում կարևորվում է Թուրքիայի դերը, քանի որ նա թե քաղաքական և թե ռազմական առումով ողջ պատերազմի ընթացքում աջակցել է Ադրբեջանին։
Միջազգային մամուլի օրակարգում է հայտնվել Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի՝ դեկտեմբերի 10-ի այցը Ադրբեջան` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից գրավված տարածքների համար կազմակերպված, այսպես կոչված «Հաղթանակի շքերթին» մասնակցելու համար: Ըստ Bloomberg-ի՝ Էրդողանը մեծ հպարտությամբ էր մասնակցում այդ շքերթին, քանի որ այդ հաղթանակում ուներ իր մեծ մասնաբաժինը։ Գործակալությունը գրել է, որ Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդ Պուտինը չի ցուցադրել իր զայրույթը նախկին Խորհրդային Միության տարածքում ստեղծված իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ: Bloomberg-ը գրում է․ «Եթե Էրդողանը փորձի լավացնել հարաբերությունները ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահ Բայդենի հետ, ապա Ռուսաստանն էլ ամեն ինչ կանի, որպեսզի Թուրքիան շարունակի ՆԱՏՕ-ում խնդիրներ ունենալ»։
Ըստ զեկույցի՝ Ադրբեջանում, Սիրիայում և Լիբիայում թուրքերն ու ռուսները հակամարտության տարբեր ճակատներում են, և այս ամենը չի կարող չանդրադառնալ երկկողմ հարաբերությունների վրա։ Ռուսաստանի միջազգային հարաբերությունների խորհրդի նախագահ Անդրեյ Կորտունովի կարծիքով՝ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները գնալով ավելի են լարվելու։
«Ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները բավականին լարված են։ Տարածաշրջանում ուժերի հավասարակշռության տեսանկյունից կա մրցակցություն և նույնիսկ առճակատում: Ռուսաստանի համար դեռևս շատ կարևոր կլինի ռազմավարական համագործակցության տեսանկյունից Թուրքիայի հետ լավ հարաբերություններ պահպանելը: Ռուսաստանը սերտորեն հետևում է դրան: Էրդողանի խնդիրները Բայդենի վարչակազմի օրոք կավելանան », – ասել է Կորտունովը:
