Հնարավոր եղավ վերանայել առաջադիմության հիմքով ուսման վարձի մասնակի փոխհատուցման վերացման որոշումը. ԵՊՀ ուսխորհուրդ

Հարգելի՛ ուսանողներ, ուրախությամբ հայտնում ենք ձեզ, Ուսանողական խորհրդի և ռեկտորատի ներկայացուցիչների քննարկման արդյունքում հնարավոր եղավ վերանայել առաջադիմության հիմքով ուսման վարձի մասնակի փոխհատուցման վերացման որոշումը: Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ԵՊՀ ուսանողական խորհուրդը:

Հայտարարությունում նաեւ ասվում է. «Այնուհանդերձ, տեղի են ունենալու որոշակի փոփոխություններ.

Բակալավրի ուսանողների համար նախատեսվելու է հետևյալը.

19,5 և ավելի ՄՈԳ ունեցող ուսանողները կստանան ուսման վարձի 15% փոխհատուցում (նախկին 20%-ի փոխարեն),

18-19,49 ՄՈԳ ունեցող ուսանողները կստանան ուսման վարձի 10% փոխհատուցում (նախկին 15%-ի փոխարեն),

Նշենք, որ 18-18,49 ՄՈԳ ունեցող ուսանողների համար վերոնշյալ պայմանը գործում է վերջին անգամ։ Այսինքն, 2020-2021 ուստարվա երկրորդ կիսամյակից հետո այն չի գործելու:

Մագիստրատուրայում ուսանողների համար նախատեսվելու է հետևյալը.

19,5 և ավելի ՄՈԳ ունեցող ուսանողները կստանան ուսման վարձի 15% փոխհատուցում (նախկին 20%-ի փոխարեն),

19-19,49 ՄՈԳ ունեցող ուսանողները կստանան ուսման վարձի 10% փոխհատուցում (նախկին 15%-ի փոխարեն):

Հարգելի՛ ուսանողներ, հասկանալի է, որ այս փոփոխությունները կարող են արժանանալ ձեր վրդովմունքին: Պատերազմից առաջ ԵՊՀ ուսանողական խորհուրդը ինքն էր հանդես եկել նախաձեռնությամբ, որով պահանջում էր Կառավարությունից մասնակի փոխհատուցել համավարակից տուժված ուսանողների ուսման վարձը:

Սակայն պատերազմը և դրա հետևանքները ստիպեցին մեզ դադարեցնել մեր նախաձեռնության ակտիվ փուլը՝ միաժամանակ չմոռանալով աջակցության կարիք ունեցող ուսանողներին։

Արդյունքում, ԵՊՀ-ն իր վրա վերցրեց համաճարակի հետևանքով տուժված ուսանողների ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցումը, ինչի արդյունքում ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցումների չափը 55 մլն դրամով գերազանցեց նախապես սահմանվածից: Մինչդեռ համաճարակով պայմանավորված գրեթե չեն գործել համալսարանին եկամուտներ ապահովող որոշ ենթակառուցվածքներ, ինչը նվազեցրել է բյուջեի եկամուտները: Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ առաջիկա ֆինանսական սպասումները ևս բացասական են, բուհի ղեկավարությունը որոշել է ֆինանսական կայունության նպատակով կրճատել որոշակի ծախսեր, որոնք նաև առնչվում են առաջիմության զեղչերին:

ԵՊՀ ուսանողական խորհրդի ջանքերի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է եղավ հասնել նրան, որ առաջադիմության զեղչը ոչ թե վերանա, այլ գոնե կրճատվի: Սակայն մենք մեր բուհի մի մասնիկն ենք, ուստի պետք է լինենք նաև պատրաստ մասամբ մեզ վրա կրելու այն անխուսափելի խնդիրները, որոնց առաջ այսօր գտնվում ենք:
