ՀՀ ոստիկանության Քրեական Հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության Արագ հակազդման բաժնի պետ Գևորգ Մալխասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեղեկացրել է ոստիկանությունում ծառայությունը դադարեցնելու որոշման մասին։

Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Քսան տարուց ավել ծառայել եմ ոստիկանությունում եղել եմ Քրեական Հետախուզության Գլխավոր Վարչության Արագ Հակազդման բաժնի պետ, և թերևս երկարամայա ծառայությանս ամեն օրն ու ժամն է լավագույն ապացույցը՝ ծառայել եմ անբասիր ու անմնացորդ ժողովրդիս ու պետությանս, ենթարկվել եմ բացառապես օրենքին ու իրավունքին։ Ծառայակից ընկերնե՛ր, հենց այդօրինակ ծառայության հետևանքն է՝ գրեթե բոլորդ ճանաչում եք ինձ, ինքներդ գիտեք՝ քաղաքականցված չեմ եղել, երբեք ապօրինի որևէ հրաման չեմ կատարել, առաջնորդվել եմ արդարությամբ ու արդարադատությամբ, սակայն այսօր ստեղծված իրավիճակում անհնար է շարունակել այդ ծառայությունն ու որպես ուղենիշ ունենալ վերոհիշյալ սկզբունքները, անհնար է այլևս համատեղել ժողովրդին ու պետությանը ծառայելը ոստիկանությունում աշխատանքի հետ։ Ծառայե՞մ իշխանությանն, այն էլ՝ ա՞յս, դուրս գա՞մ բացահայտ իրականության դեմ, կույր ձևանա՞մ, չլսե՞մ աղաղակող ճշմարտությունը , երբե՛ք։ Տարիներ շարունակ ձեռք բերած սպայական ու տղամարդկային արժանապատվությունս դնե՞մ կասկածի տակ՝ հանուն ինչ ֊որ անձնային ֊ խմաբային շահերի, ոտնահարե՞մ ուսադիրներս ու դրժե՞մ երդումս. չե՛մ կարող։ Տիկնայք և պարոնայք ոստիկաննե՛ր, կոչս, հորդորս, խնդրանքս Ձեզ, մի՛ կատարեք ապօրինի հրամաններ, մի՛ ենթարկվեք որևէ այլ շահի, քան պետականն է, մի՛ ունեցեք այլ գերակայություն, քան օրենքը։ Հենց այս առաջնահերթություններից ելնելով էլ լայն բացե՛ք ձեր աչքերն, առերեսվե՛ք իրականությանն, ինքներդ ձեզ պատասխան տվե՛ք՝ արդա՞ր եք, ճի՞շտ եք։ Վստահ եմ՝ նույնիսկ չնչին անկեղծության պարագայում հենց այս վայրկյանին կներկայացնեք ոստիկանությունում ծառայությունը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ զեկուցագիրն :
