ArmLur.am-ը տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի եւ հետագա զարգացումների շուրջ զրուցել է ռուս ռազմական փորձագետ Վլադիմիր Եվսեեւի հետ՝ փորձելով հասկանալ, թե նման դեպքերում ինչ առաքելություն կարող են իրականացնել ռուս խաղաղապահները:
«Հրադադարից հետո նախնական շրջանը միշտ էլ դժվար է լինում, քանի որ երկու կողմից էլ լինում են մարդիկ, որոնք ցանկանում են վրեժ լուծել: Առավել եւս, որ հայկական կողմից կան բավական շատ անհետ կորածներ: Իսկ ով է այդպիսի սադրանքների հարցում շահագրգռված, ես կարծում եմ՝ կան նման մարդիկ Ադրբեջանում, որոնք ցանկանում են, որ հայերն առհասարակ հեռանան Ղարաբաղից», – նկատում է նա:
Ռազմական փորձագետը նկատեց՝ խախտումներ եւ նման միջադեպեր կլինեն եւ պետք է ավելի ուշադիր լինել: Միեւնուն ժամանակ նա նկատում է, որ այդպիսի դեպքերը պետք է քննի ռուս-թուրքական կենտրոնը: «Նրանք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պահպանման երաշխավորն են: Բայց հասկացեք, որ խաղաղապահները չեն կարող կանգնել ամեն մետրի վրա», – նշեց նա:
