Ամուսնությունից հետո Հնդկաստանում բնակություն հաստատած դերասանուհի Սիլվի Բարկովան պատերազմական շրջանում Հայաստան գալու ցանկություն է ունեցել, բայց հնարավորություն չի եղել: Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում նա ասաց, որ ծրագրում է փետրվարին Հայաստան գալ:

«Հոգեբանորեն շատ ընկճված էի, որ Հայաստանում չէի: Անընդհատ ուզում էի Հայաստան գալ, ամուսնուս էլ էի այդ մասին հաճախ ասում, ասում էր չենք կարող, որովհետև մի կողմից կորոնավիրուսն էր, մույս կողմից՝ պատերազմը, սահմանափակումներ կային: Ամուսինս ևս ընկճված էր, սոցցանցերում ադրբեջանցիների հետ վիճում էր, անհանգստանում: Այդ օրերին տագնապի ու սթրեսի հետ մեկտեղ ներքին վստահություն ունեի, որ հաղթելու ենք, բայց այսպես ստացվեց» ,-ասաց նա:

Դերասանուհին նշեց, որ պատերազմի օրը ֆոտոշարքի է եղել, քրոջից է իմացել ցավալի լուրը: «Քույրս ինձ հաղորդագրություն ուղարկեց, որ պատերազմ է սկսել ու իր ամուսինը Արցախ է գնացել: Նրա ամուսինը Թալիշից է, ազատամարտիկ Գրիգոր Օհանյանի որդին է, իրենց տունն էլ Թալիշում էր, հիմա տունը թուրքին է մնացել: Ես անզոր էի կագնեցնել պատերազմը, բայց ամուսնուս հետ մեր ուժերի ներածին չափով օգնություն ցուցաբերեցինք, հիմնադրամին որոշակի գումար փոխանցեինք: Ես շատ մեծ սթրեսի մեջ էի երեխաների զոհվելու համար, առաջնագծում էլ շատ ընկներներ ունեի»,- ասաց Սիլվին

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հնդկաստանում տեղյակ էին ամեն ինչին: «Սկզբնական շրջանում ադրբեջանական կայքերի տեղեկատվությունն էր տարածվում, ավելի ճիշտ՝ ապատեղեկատվությունը: Բայց միևնույն է, որքան ապատեղեկատվություն լիներ, հնդիկներն ակնհայտ սատարում էին Հայաստանին, դա նույնիսկ հասկացվում էր լրատվական ծրագրի հաղորդավարի խոսելաձևից: Ամուսնուս ընկերներն անհանգստացած զանգում էին, հարցնում, թե ի՞նչ են ուզում թուրքերն այդքան գեղեցիկ Հայաստանից» ,- ընդգծեց նա:

Սիլվին նաև ասաց, որ տարիներ առաջ իրեն բախտ է վիճակվել լինել Արցախում: «Ցավոք, միայն Ստեփանակերտում եմ եղել: Վստահ եմ՝ նորից գնալու ենք ամբողջական Արցախ, Աստված մեր զոհվածների արյունն այսպես չի թողնի, արյունը խոսում է առ Աստված: Հայի արյուն թափած տեղում պետք է հայ քայլի, ոչ թե թուրք կամ ադրբեջանցի: Ես չգիտեմ՝ աշխարհի տրամաբանությունը, քաղաքականությունն ինչ է ասում, բայց Աստծո քաղաքականությունը, տրամաբանությունը լրիվ այլ է, այն, ինչ մերն է, մերն է լինելու, անօրենը չի վայելելու ոչինչ: Մենք շատ էինք հեռացել Աստծուց, մեզ շատ էր տրված, բայց նախանձում էինք, հեռացել էինք եկեղեցուց, բայց Աստված ներող է» ,- եզրափակեց Սիլվին:
