Գնային թանկացումներով պայմանավորված՝ աղքատության աճ կունենանք․ տնտեսագետ

Շուկայում առաջին անհրաժեշտության մթերքների՝ ձեթի, կարագի, ձվի և շաքարավազի գնաճ է արձանագրվել: Տնտեսագետ Թադևոս Ավետիսյանը ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ ապրանքների գնի բարձրացման առաջնային գործոնը դրամի արժեզրկումն է, մոտավորապես 10%-ով:
«Մենք շարունակում ենք շուկայում ունենալ մոնոպոլացված վիճակ, և, բնականաբար, ազատ մրցակցություն չկա, որը պայմանավորված է մեր երկրի փոքր շուկայով, դրանում առկա որոշակի մենաշնորհներով: Մեր տնտեսությունը ներկայումս գտնվում է ճգնաժամի փուլում և այսպիսի իրավիճակում նմանատիպ բացասական տատանումները սպասելի են, և, իրականում, այդ անկայունությունը ոչ միայն վերաբերում է դրամի արժեզրկմանը, այլև ապրանքային և ֆինանսական շուկաներին, այսինքն՝ ճգնաժամին հատուկ են նմանատիպ տատանումները»:
Ըստ տնտեսագետի՝ թանկացումները, հիմնականում, նկատվում են ներկրվող ապրանքատեսակներում:
Տնտեսագետն ասում է՝ գնային թանկացումներով պայմանավորված՝ աղքատության մակարդակի աճ կունենանք. «Գների բարձրացումը, նախևառաջ, նշանակում է սոցիալական հետևանք, որն արտահայտվում է մարդկանց իրական եկամուտների նվազմամբ, այսինքն՝ եթե նույնիսկ անվանական եկամուտները մնան նույնը, գների բարձրացումը հանգեցնում է իրական եկամուտների նվազման: Կարևոր է նաև, որ մարդկանց անվանական եկամուտները կրճատվել են փոքր բիզնեսում, որոշ գործատուներ անցել են ոչ լրիվ ռեժիմների և, իհարկե, կանխատեսելի է աշխատող աղքատների թվի ավելացում»:
Թանկացումները պայմանավորված են նաև կորոնավիրուսային համավարակով, որը էականորեն ազդեց տնտեսության վրա. «Կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարը ձախողված էր և մենք, արդեն իսկ, ունեինք տնտեսական անկում: Դրա պատճառը, նախևառաջ, հակաճգնաժամային կառավարման ձախողումներն էին կամ դրանց բացակայությունը, և վերջապես պոպուլիզմը»։
Ավետիսյանը վստահեցնում է՝ մեկ քայլով անհնար է հաղթահարել առաջացած և առաջացող հետևանքները. «Երևույթները փոխկապակցված են՝ տնտեսական ոլորտից մինչև սոցիալական և այսպիսի իրավիճակում միջոցառումների հակաճգնաժամային հստակ համակարգ է անհրաժեշտ: Պետք է վերացվեն արատավոր պոպուլիզմն ու դրան առնչվող երևույթները, պետական աջակցության և կարգավորման ծրագրերը հստակ նպատակ պետք է ունենան, կոնկրետ շահառու և պատասխանատու մարմին պետք է լինի»:
Տնտեսագետը հիշեցնում է՝ 2.5 տարի անընդմեջ ձախողել ենք սոցիալական ոլորտից մինչև տնտեսական ոլորտ, իսկ այսպիսի շարունակությունը կկործանի երկրի տնտեսությունը:
