3 քաղաքացիական անձի հետ հայկական կողմին փոխանցվել է նաև դի․ կա մինչև 150 գերի

«3 քաղաքացիական անձինք, որոնց 2 օր առաջ Ադրբեջանը վերադարձրել է, մեր վստահորդներն են։ Այս պահին կա 4 քաղաքացիական անձ, որոնք վերադարձվել են ողջ։ Այո, կա նաև դիակի փոխանցում, բայց թե ումն է և ինչ հանգամանքներում է եղել, վաղ է այդ մասին խոսելը, թե ինչ կբացահայտվի՝ դրա համար ժամանակ է պետք։ Քանի դեռ քննչական և այլ գործողություններ չեն եղել որոշակի վարկածների մասին խոսելն այս պահին տեղին չէ»,- այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՄԻԵԴ-ում հայ ռազմագերիների շահերի ներկայացուցիչ, «Իրավական ուղի» հ/կ համահիմնադիր, իրավապաշտպան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը։

Հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ արդյոք մահացած անձը զինծառայո՞ղ է, թե՞ քաղաքացիական անձ՝ ի պատասխան Սահակյանը նշեց, որ այլ մանրամասներ չի կարող փոխանցել, քանի դեռ չկա անձի նույնականացում։ Միայն նշեց, որ դիակը հայկական կողմին փոխանցվել է 2 օր առաջ վերադարձված 3 գերիների հետ միասին։ 

Նրա խոսքով՝ այս պահին Ադրբեջանում կա մինչև 150 հայ գերի, սակայն հաստատվածությունը տարբեր է․ «Մենք ունենք դեպքեր, որոնք անվիճելի հաստատվել են թե՛ պետության, թե՛ Կարմիր խաչի, թե՛ դատարանի կողմից։ Կան գործեր, որոնցով անհերքելի ապացույցներ կան, բայց հաստատումներ չկան։ Կարծում եմ՝ 80-ի մոտ դեպքեր կան, որոնք անվիճելի են։ Մյուս դեպքերում կան բարձր գերեվարման կանխավարկած և դրա հետևում որոշակի ապացույցներ, բայց թե ինչպիսի՞ն կլինի ճակատագիրը, դեռ պետք է պարզել»,- նշեց նա։ 

Քիչ առաջ ՄԻՊ-ը հայտնեց, որ ադրբեջանական դաժանությունների վերաբերյալ նոր ապացույցներ են այսօր ուղարկում միջազգային մարմիններին։ Դրանց կից ուղակվում է նաև իրավական վելուծություն, որով ցույց է տրվում, որ ադրբեջանական կողմն արհեստական է ձգձգում գերիների վերադարձն ու զինծառայողների մարմինների փոխանակումը:

Հարցին՝ ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված գործընթացն արհեստականորեն ձգձգելու հանգամանքը, իրավապաշտպանն ասաց․ «Նախ թվաքանակի տարբերություններով, ունեն դիրքային առավելություններ, որը փորձում են օգտագործել, որովհետև բազում հարցերում ընթանում են բանակցություններ և ուզում են իրենց գերակա բանակցային դիրքերից հանդես գալ և թելադրել։ Երկրորդը՝ մենք բազմիցս վերահաստատել ենք, որ կա հակահայկականութուն, որը խրախուսվում ու աջակցվում է պետական մակարդակով։ Արդյունքը ազգությամբ հայերին ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան տառապանք պատճառելն է, ուստի ընտանիքի անդամների ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ անորոշությունները տևական պահելը կաջակցի իրենց հակահայկական քաղաքականության իրացմանը»,-ասաց Սահակյանը։

Ըստ նրա՝ պատերազմը դեռևս ավարտված չէ այն առումով, որ մենք ունենք թշնամական հարաբերություններ և ամենակարևորը հայերի նկատմամբ ատելություն, ինչն իր դրսևորումներն է ունենում հետկոնֆլիկտային ժամանակահատվածում։
