Այս պատերազմի ընթացքում ու դրանից հետո ադրբեջանական դաժանությունների վերաբերյալ նոր ապացույցներ ենք այսօր ուղարկում միջազգային մարմիններին: Ընդ որում, դարձրել ենք միասնական փաթեթ` սկսած սեպտեմբերի 27-ից:
Կարևոր է, որ այս անգամ դրանք միասնական փաթեթով ուղարկվում են նաև այն երկրների քրեական հետապնդման մարմիններին, որոնք ունեն համընդհանուր իրավազորություն (universal jurisdiction):
Ապացույցները մեր աշխատակազմում ենթարկվել են իրավական մշակման, թարգմանվել են ադրբեջաներենից կամ թուրքերենից անգլերեն ու ռուսերեն, իրականացվել է իրավական ամրագրում:
Այդ ապացույցներին կից ուղակվում է նաև իրավական վելուծություն, որով ցույց է տրվում, որ ադրբեջանական կողմն արհեստական է ձգձգում գերիների վերադարձն ու զինծառայողների մարմինների փոխանակումը: Ցույց է տրվում նաև կապը դաժանություններին ու էթնիկ պատկանելիության հիմքով պետական աջակցությամբ հայատյացության, այն շարունակելու ադրբեջանական քաղաքականության հետ:
Բոլոր նյութերը կուղարկվեն նաև ՀՀ ԱԳՆ, միջազգային կառույցներում ՀՀ մշտական ներկյացուցիչներին, այլ երկրներում հհ դիվանագիտական առաքելություններին, ինչպես նաև ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցչին:
