Ուջանի համայնքապետարանը հայտարարություն է տարածել, ըստ որի՝ համայնքի ղեկավարն ու աշխատակազմը պահանջում են ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը:
Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.
«Նկատի առնելով, որ իր պաշտոնավարության ընթացքում ՀՀ Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը թույլ է տվել բազմաթիվ սխալներ և սայթաքումներ` արտաքին և ներքին քաղաքականության, տնտեսության կառավարման, պետական շինարարության ասպարեզներում, որ իր անկարող և ապիկար քաղաքականության պատճառով երկիրը կանգնեցրել է պատերազմի և անդառնալի կորուստների առջև, որ Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմի ժամանակ, մոլորության մեջ պահելով ժողովրդին, փոշիացրել է նրա հավաքական ներուժը, անկազմակերպվածության, ռազմական գործին անգիտակության պատճառով հանգեցրեց մարդկային և տարածական ծանր և անդառնալի կորուստների, որ գաղտնի՝ ժողովրդի և երկրի քաղաքական և հասարակական ուժերի թիկունքում, ստորագրել է ստորացուցիչ կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթուղթը` Ուջան համայնքի ղեկավարը և աշխատակազմը պահանջում են ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը»։
