Մամուլում տեղեկություն հայտնվեց, որ  ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Արցախի երկրորդ նախագահ Արկադի Ղուկասյանը, ովքեր հանդիսանում են «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամներ, որպես խորհրդի անդամներ, չեն տեղեկացվել հիմնադրամի կանոնադրական նպատակներից դուրս կատարվող ծախսերի մասին: Ո՛չ զանգ է եկել, ո՛չ տեղյակ է պահվել։

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Հրապարակ»-ը, հղում անելով խմբագրության տրամադրության տակ հայտնված փաստաթղթին, գրել էր, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմը պարզապես մսխել է համայն հայության կողմից «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամին հանգանակված գումարները։

Ըստ փաստաթղթի, հիմնադրամից շուրջ 24,5 միլիարդ դրամ է հատկացվել ՊՆ-ին՝ իբր շենքերի բարեկարգման համար, իսկ 1 միլիարդ 485 միլիոն դրամն էլ ուղղվել է ՀՀ վարչապետի փոստային առաքումների արդիականացմանը և էլի մի քանի այսպիսի անկարևոր էսթետիկ ծախսերի, որոնք պատերազմի օրերին չէին կարող, որևէ կերպ, բանակը զինելուց առավել կարևոր լինել: Հավելենք, որ Հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը օրերս պարզաբանումներ է պահանջել հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Հայկակ Արշամյանից, մինչ օրս որևէ արձագանք չի եղել։ Այս փաստը հուշում է, որ ՀՀ նախագահը ևս տեղյակ չի եղել աստղաբաշխական գումարի մսխման փաստից։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայկակ Արշամյանը զուգահեռաբար հանդիսանում է նաև Փաշինյանի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության հիմնադրամի ղեկավարը։
