ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է.

«Փորձեմ պարզ բացատրել, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ից սկսած մենք պետություն չունենք։
Պետությունը, նախեւառաջ, ենթադրում է որոշակի տարածքում ապրող որոշակի բնակչության վրա որոշակի իշխանության իրագործում։
Պատկերավոր ասած.
Տարածք + Իշխանություն + Բնակչություն = Պետություն
1. Տարածք
Մենք չունենք այլեւս որոշակի տարածք, քանզի արեւելյան սահմանագծի գրեթե ողջ երկայնքով այդ տարածքի սահմանները որոշվում են գյուղացիա-կամավորականա-չոբանա-գեոպրոմմայնինգա-խառը բանակցությունների տարբերակով եւ մենք գրեթե ամեն օր ունենք մի քանի հեկտարով փոքրացող տարածք։
2. Իշխանություն
Մենք այս պահին չունենք իշխանություն ոչ միայն այն պատճառով, որ ազգային աղետից հետո այն կորցրել է ներքին լեգիտիմությունը, իսկ արտաքինը՝ լոկ արարողակարգային է։ Այլ նաեւ այն պատճառով, որ մեր սահմանների ճշգրտմամբ, մեր գերեվարված եւ զոհված քաղաքացիների եւ այլ բազում հարցերով զբաղվում է ԱՅԼ պետության իշխանություն։ Որն իդեպ այսօր մեր բացակա իշխանության փիխարեն պատասխանեց նաեւ մեր հասցեին լկստված Ալիեւին եւ Էրդոգանին։
3. Միակ բաղադրիչը, որ դեռ գոյություն ունի, բնակչությունն է։
Այսինքն ներկայացված բանաձեւով մենք պետություն չունենք, ունենք միայն բնակչություն՝
Բնակչություն = Պետություն
Հ.Գ. Սահմանները բացելուց եւ/կամ այլ երկրների անձնագրերն ավելի հեշտ տրամադրելուց հետո մենք սա էլ կարող է չունենանք։
