ՀՀ վարչապետի խոսնակի արձագանքը՝ Ալիևի և Էրդողանի հայտարարություններին

ՀՀ վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Մանե Գևորգյանն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի և Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի՝ Բաքվում այսօր հնչեցրած հայտարարություններին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Մանե Գևորգյանը, մասնավորապես, նշեց.

«Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք այսօր Բաքվում Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարի հնչեցրած սադրիչ հայտարարությունները: Հայաստանի հանդեպ տարածքային նկրտումների վերաբերյալ բարձրաձայնումը լրջագույն կասկածի տակ է դնում Ադրբեջանի պատրաստակամությունը խաղաղության հաստատման հարցում և նպատակաուղղված վտանգում է տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությունը և անվտանգությունը:
Ադրբեջանի նախագահի այն պնդումները, որ Ադրբեջանը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծել է ղարաբաղյան խնդիրը, ևս մեկ անգամ ի ցույց են դնում, թե ով է պատերազմի և ուժի կիրառման նախաձեռնողը և ով է տարածաշրջանը փորձում տանել հետագա ապակայունացման և փորձության ճանապարհով: Այս հայտարարությունները առավել քան այժմեական են դարձնում արցախահայության ինքնորոշման իրավունքի միջազգային ճանաչումը՝ որպես արցախահայության նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական ցեղասպան նոր նկրտումները կանխելու միջոց:

Այս հայտարարությունները հակասում են նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության ոգուն և դրույթներին: Սպառնալիքի դիրքերից հայ ժողովրդի հետ խոսելը դատապարտելի է և չի կարող բերել Հարավային Կովկասում տևական կայունության: Խիստ դատապարտելի է նաև Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճարտարապետների՝ երիտթուրքական գաղափարախոսների փառաբանումը Թուրքիայի նախագահի կողմից։ Նման դրսևորումները կասկածի տակ են դնում Թուրքիայի հայտարարությունները՝ այդ թվում տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության և կայունության հաստատմանը նպաստելու պատրաստակամության վերաբերյալ»:

Բաքվի ռազմական շքերթի ընթացքում Ալիևը Երևանը, Սևանը և Զանգեզուրը «ադրբեջանական տարածքներ» էր անվանել, իսկ Էրդողանն ասել էր, թե այս օրը «Էնվեր փաշայի, Նուրի փաշայի և Կովկասի իսլամական բանակի զինվորների հոգու լուսավորման օրն է»:
