«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Սիրելի՛ երեւանցիներ, սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության տնօրինությունից առաջարկ եմ ստացել ստանձնելու ընկերության գլխավոր պրոդյուսերի պաշտոնը: Կարծում եմ՝ սա լավ հնարավորություն է մասնակցելու Առաջին ալիքում նախատեսվող կարեւոր որակական փոփոխությունների ու ստեղծագործ նոր գաղափարների իրագործման գործընթացին:

Ուստի դիմում եմ ներկայացրել Երեւանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանին՝ խնդրելով ազատել ինձ պաշտոնից». այս խոսքերի հեղինակը ոչ թե Աջափնյակ համայնքի հեռավոր շենքերից մեկի համատիրության՝ ԺԵԿ-ի նախագահը կամ փոխնախագահն է գրել, այլ Երեւանի փոխքաղաքապետ Տիգրան Վիրաբյանը։

Ընդ որում, Երեւանում «հյուրախաղերի» եկած Տիգրան Վիրաբյանը գյումրեցի է, որը ցույց տվեց, որ իր համար ո՛չ մայրաքաղաքը, ո՛չ առավել եւս քաղաքի հանրակրթությունը հետաքրքիր չեն։ Նա ավելի շատ պրոդյուսեր մնաց, քան դարձավ համայնքային ծառայող, այդպես էլ Երեւանը չընկալեց ու չնվիրվեց։

Ու ոլորտի շատ մասնագետներ հիմա ուրախ են, որ Վիրաբյանի հետ այլեւս ստիպված չեն լինելու առնչվել, քանզի նա, բացի միջին որակի կարճամետրաժ հոլովակ նկարահանելուց ու իրեն անհրաժեշտ «պետքական» մարդկանց հետ մտերմություն անելուց, իրականում որեւէ քայլ չի արել հանուն մայրաքաղաքի, առավել եւս կրթությունից նա կիլոմետրերով հեռու էր։

Պարզապես «Շիրակ» ֆուտբոլային ակումբի ֆոնդից ֆինանսավորվելով՝ կոնկրետ գործարարի շահեր էր սպասարկում մայրաքաղաքում ու այդ ընթացքում էլ կարողացավ վարչապետին կից տեղեկատվական ՊՈԱԿ-ի ղեկավարի հետ հարաբերություններ կառուցել, որ հենց սկսեց քաղաքապետ Մարությանի դիրքերը երերալ, ճողոպրեց Հանրային հեռուստաընկերություն։ Սպասենք Հանրայինի ձախողումների»:
