Ոստիկանության օպերլիազոր, կապիտան Սերգեյ Ղարիբյանy Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրառում է արել՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ զեկուցագիր է ներկայացրել ոստիկանությունում ծառայությունից ազատվելու մասին, քանի որ չի կարող հակառակվել իր տված սպայական երդմանը.

«Իրավապահ համակարգի ծառայակից ընկերնե՛ր, տիկնայք և պարոնայք,

գիտակցելով պահի լրջությունն ու հաշվի առնելով, որ մեր պետությունը լինելիության շեմին է, և այն, որ մենք կոչված ենք սրբորեն ծառայել պետությանը պահպանությունը՝ որոշում եմ կայացրել՝ այլևս չեմ կարող շարունակել ծառայությունս՝ (զեկուցագիր եմ ներկայացրել ոստիկանությունում ծառայությունից ինձ ազատելու մասին) հակառակվելով տվածս սպայական երդմանն ու դեմ գնալով որպես մարդ -մասնագետ սկզբունքներիս։ Կոչ եմ անում յուրաքանչյուրիդ,ով հավատրմության երդում է տվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը՝ ծառայել բացառապես Օրենքին և Ժողովրդին:

Եղե՛ք զգոն, եղե՛ք ժողովրդի կողքին, եղե՛ք մարդ, եղե՛ք արժանապատիվ քաղաքացի ու պարզապես պրոֆեսիոնալ՝ պաշտպան լինելով միայն մեր ժողովրդի ու պետության շահերին:

Քաջատեղյակ ենք՝ ապօրինի հրամանը կատարման ենթակա չէ՛, առավելևս նման իրավիճակում ոչ մի ապօրինի հրաման չի կարող կատարվել մեր կողմից՝ մեզ հակադրելով մեր իսկ ժողովրդին։ Սա է մեր երդման էությունը, ոգին և բովանդակությունը, որից ամեն շեղում ոչ միայն ապտակ է մեր սպայական արժանապատվությանն, այլև անարգանք է՝ ուղղված մեր մարդկային բարոյականությանը, քամահրանք՝ հանուն ազատության կռվում ընկած մեր բյուրավոր հերոս Տղերքի հիշատակին։

Հորդո՜րս, խնդրա՜նքս, Տղե՜րք, պատվար լինենք անկախությանն, հատկապես այսօր երաշխավորենք մեր երեխաների ապահով ու անվտանգ գալիքը, չզոհենք նրանց ժպիտները՝ հանուն անձնային շահերի ու չկորցնենք մեր երկիրը պատեհապաշտ արկածախնդրությունների պատճառով։

Մեզ հավատու՛մ են մեր քաղաքացիները, մեզ հավատու՛մ է մեր պետությունը. չսասանենք այդ հավատը, չդառնալով ծառա՝ ծառայենք հանունի՜ համար ...»։
