ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատը հավանություն է տվել Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ ռուսական С-400 զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերը գնելու պատճառով պատժամիջոցներ սահմանելուն

ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատը հավանություն է տվել Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ ռուսական С-400 զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերը գնելու պատճառով պարտադիր պատժամիջոցներ սահմանելու օրինագծին, հաղորդում է ТАСС-ը:

«Օրենքի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց 30 օր հետո ԱՄՆ նախագահը պետք է հինգ կամ ավելի սահմանափակող միջոց կիրառի ցանկացած անձի նկատմամբ, որը գիտակցաբար ներգրավված է եղել С-400 համակարգերի ձեռք բերման գործընթացներում»,- նշված է օրինագծում:

Սենատի կողմից օրինագծի հաստատման դեպքում օրենքը կներկայացվի ԱՄՆ նախագահին ստորագրման համար: ԱՄՆ գործող նախագահն ավելի վաղ որոշակի քննադատություններ է հնչեցրել նշված փաստաթղթի վերաբերյալ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռուսաստանը և Թուրքիան 2017-ին պայմանագիր կնքեցին Մոսկվայի կողմից Անկարային С-400 համալիրների մատակարարման մասին: Թուրքիան ՆԱՏՕ-ի առաջին երկիրն էր, որը ձեռք բերեց այդ համակարգերը Ռուսաստանից: Անկարայի որոշումը խիստ բացասական արձագանք առաջացրեց ԱՄՆ-ի և ընդհանուր առմամբ դաշինքի կողմից: ԱՄՆ-ը չի դադարում փորձել ստիպել Թուրքիային հրաժարվել ռուսական հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերից:

Հաշվի առնելով այն փաստը, որ Թուրքիան չի հանձնվում ճնշումներին, Վաշինգտոնը Անկարային հեռացրեց ամերիկյան F-35-երի արտադրական ծրագրից: Բացի այդ, Միացյալ Նահանգները սպառնում են Թուրքիային С-400- ի գնման համար մի շարք միակողմանի պատժամիջոցների ներդրմամբ, բայց չի շտապում այդ քայլերը ձեռնարկել, քանի որ վախենում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի առանցքային դաշնակցի հետ հարաբերությունների հետագա սրումից, իսկ Անկարան զգուշացնում է, որ չի թողնի անպատասխան այդպիսի սահմանափակումների կիրառումը:

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հոկտեմբերին նշել էր, որ Անկարան մտադիր չէ հրաժարվել С-400-ից՝ չնայած Միացյալ Նահանգների ճնշմանը:
