ՄԻՊ-ը ներկայացրել է Ոստիկանություն կատարած այցերի արդյունքները

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հաղորդագրություն է տարածել Ոստիկանություն այսօր կատարած այցերի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ.
 
«Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի անմիջական ղեկավարությամբ այսօր Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում գործել է 5 աշխատանքային խումբ՝ կապված հավաքների հետ։
 
3 խումբ այցեր է իրականացրել Ոստիկանության Երևանի քաղաքի բաժիններ, 1 խումբ՝ դիտարկումն իրականացրել է լրատվամիջոցներով ու սոցիալական ցանցերով, ևս 1 խումբ իրականացրել է իրավական վերլուծության աշխատանքներ։
 
Ոստիկանության բաժիններ այցերի ընթացքում տեղի են ունեցել առանձնազրույցներ վարչական ձերբակալման ենթարկված 33 անձի հետ, ուսումնասիրվել են նրանց ազատությունից զրկելու հիմքերն ու իրավունքների ապահովման վիճակը, ինչպես նաև այդ առնչությամբ իրավապահ մարմինների կազմած փաստաթղթերը։
 
Բաժիններում գտնվելու ընթացքում Ոստիկանության ծառայողների վերաբերմունքի առնչությամբ որևէ բողոք կամ վատ վերաբերմունքի դեպք չի արձանագրվել:
 
Արձանագրվել են տեղեկություններ եւ հրապարակումներ անհամաչափ ֆիզիկական ուժ կիրառելու վերաբերյալ 4 դեպքով, որոնցից 2-ը լրատվամիջոցներում ու սոցիալական ցանցերում առկա հրապարակումների հիման վրա, իսկ մյուս 2-ը Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի՝ Ոստիկանության բաժիններ այցերի ընթացքում:
 
Բոլոր 4 դեպքերում անհամաչափ ֆիզիկական ուժի գործադրման մասին տվյալները վերաբերել են փողոցից Ոստիկանության բաժին բերման ենթարկելուն, այդ թվում՝ 2 դեպքով Ոստիկանության հատուկ տրանսպորտային միջոց նստեցնելիս կամ այդ տրանսպորտային միջոցում:
 
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն ի գիտություն է ընդունել հրապարակված տեղեկություններն առ այն, որ մեկ դեպքի վերաբերյալ Ոստիկանությունում նախաձեռնվել է ծառայողական քննություն:
 
Նշված բոլոր հարցերը կլինեն Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ուշադրության ներքո. մշտական կապ է պահպանվում փաստաբանների հետ»:
